I went in with hair just to get a haircut, just to kind a fix the one I already had and I got out with no hair, I went in to get my hair done for an event and now I have no idea what I’m going to do, she totally destroyed my hair. They send somebody else to try to fix it and she couldn’t, they shouldn’t have inexperienced people working. Now my hair in ruin. Service: Hairstyling

My 19 yo daughter spent 75.00 to dye her hair silver with purple tint and within a week the color was leaving her hair. Today, two weeks later her hair is white with a green tint. I’d call and complain but we had a pricing issue also (that was resolved) that we called about. She won’t go back and I don’t blame her, that’s a lot of money for something that lasted a week .

I always try to go to Taylor. She always does an AMAZING job! Only had one "bad" experience with another stylist a few months back, but Im getting it fixed, so it isnt that big a deal.

Candace colored, highlighted and cut my very long hair short. She mentioned a couple of different styles during our consultation. She hit the nail on the head! I love the color and the style! I highly recommend her!!

The store itself I do not have a problem with. It's the salon I have a problem with. I went in for a men's haircut today (12/25/16) and the hairstylist COMPLETELY IGNORED my instructions of how I wanted my hair cut and styled. I asked for an undercut fade with a hard part, which I have gotten there before. The woman agreed and began cutting my hair immediately. I wear glasses and have to take them off during my haircuts so I cannot see what the dresser is doing until they give me a break/chance to look at their progress (which she never did). All the hairdresser did was give me a trim and not style my hair the way I wanted it. She charged me $24 for some Worth probably $5. I later found out that I was supposed to get my hair washed and conditioned with the package I purchased which she never did either. Would not recommend to anyone at all. I will be going to another place to get my haircut re-done. Merry Christmas.

My daughter and I got a haircut from a sweet lady named Tabitha. She did an amazing job on us both! We will definitely be seeing her in eight weeks for our trim!
