Whoever was working the front at this haircut place seemed like she was disassociative of the customer clientele coming in. When we asked if there was a line she seemed like she had no idea what was going on. She looked around to a empty haircut place and just did not know. Thankfully the manager came in and told her that nobody was here. She proceeded to cut my hair, she did a great job. But I had to guide her uncertain obvious things such as lining up the front of my hair. And she did not even put any powder or alcohol after cutting the hair which proceeded to make me break out in rashes where the razor rubbed against. For $23 I definitely would hope for a better experience.

I don't recommend going to Supercuts at all. First of all, the price for a kids haircut is expensive and the skills of the barber is bad. They either need training or a new job. I definitely won't go there. Thank you for ruining my kids' hair. I could have done that myself for free.

Online prices for 2022 shows as $12 for a junior haircut. There are no prices listed at this salon, as they say their menu is not working, but they charged $19. Called and asked about it and said I'd be in for a refund. She knew it was me when I walked in and had me wait for 10 mins. for her to approach me. She even stopped and answered the phone, but wouldn't wait on me for the less than 2 mins. it took her. $19 is ridiculous for a kids cut and if a salon is going to charge more than what is prices on the company's website, than they should definitely post their prices in the store so a customer can KNOW they will be charged more and decide if they want to pay that extra charge.

I took my son to get s hair cut and the lady right away stop listening to me and talk to my son. Then when I was waiting for him to get his hair cut she begin talk about me. The worst services I had and will not use them again.

Hello, I came in for a 20$ haircut, I asked for an undercut, and just to trim the side of my head as well as cut the dead ends on top, I’m guessing Jerry, the “Class A Barber” did not hear me very well. Proceeded to cut my side of my head with a “1” like I asked which I was thankful for, however he made my beard very uneven with his cutting, didn’t even clean up neck and left hair all over my body still. With that being said, he didn’t even get close to the top of my hair when doing the undercut leaving short and long strand of hair on the side. It felt rushed due to me only sitting there for about 15-20mins or so. I will never be going there again. Almost always have a great experience here. The ladies are nice and they work with what look you're wanting. Masks are still required, must wear throughout haircut. You can book an appointment online and skip the wait

It had been a long while since I've recieved a haircut. The experience I had with Daniella was wonderful. She greeted me, held a conversation with me and just really friendly. I believe she will be cutting my hair from now on. Keep up the great attitude Daniella.
