Thet two gentlemen that came and installed it were extremely professional and friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. They put back everything that they took out took apart, and even moved the old fridge to the garage! Highly recommend!

Was expecting a bigger Sears store. That being said, I wasn't disappointed. Was looking for a washer and dryer and they had plenty to choose from -- plenty of different brands, too. Kenmore, Samsung, GE, Whirlpool and a couple of others.... ended up getting another Kenmore.

I had reviewed the machines offered by Sears on line prior and when we had questions the sales person could not even give us simple answers to basic questions. He even had me sit down at a lap top to try to find the answers to basic questions regarding. I know Sears is more of an appliance store, but if Sears offers Fitness Equipment it would be nice if the sales people could plug in the machines they have in stock to be able to try the limited ones you have in stock.

Turns out they did and Bret was awesome and got them ready for me to pick them up that same evening! Great customer service, good price, and they even helped me load them into my vehicle!
