Both my fiancé and I got our hair cut here. Very friendly!! Sadly we weren't there for conversation we were there for hair cuts. We both had very long hair left despite the cuts. I had pieces over 3 inches longer than my hairdo and he had 2 inches of peacock on the top of his head I had to fix at home. I should have kept to cutting ours at home and saved the money we wasted.

There is no option for zero stars! Don't do it! I asked for a simple balayage and ended up with a cheetah printed head in orange yellow and even some silver! When I expressed my frustrations I was told I won't be refunded because I didn't let them fix it. SERIOUSLY!? Look at the pictures and honestly say you would trust them again?!! Why is it so hard to give me my refund?! Services: Hair coloring, Haircut

I gave 2 stars because although it was the worst haircuts my sons have ever had, at least the hair was no longer in their field of vision; there was not much hair left. The staff need to learn what a "hard part" is, I guess, and how to not make it look "choppy". You could go here if you wanted a simple full-headed shave I guess. Thankfully hair grows back quickly, I just couldn't believe the staff who did the cuts had smiles on their faces as if they did a good job. It was even apparent to my neighbors dog the haircuts were hideous.. :-( Hopefully this review helps others.

Callista went above my expectations! She has a true talent with hair and knows her products. She also recommended some great items to keep my hair healthy. I only wish I started going to her sooner! The atmosphere and energy in the salon is really great too.

I would not recommend this place for color, I got my hair bleached and it was so uneven my bangs were a different color and it was left on my head for such a long time I got burns and Bumps all over the back of my head. I had to go back in three times and still got NO where near what I wanted. I went to another salon in Marshall and they worked with me and got me to what color I wanted in one sitting......

For the first time being here after moving down to the area I can't complain. Daniella (hair stylist) was very nice, understood what I wanted, didn't go overboard and trim shorter than I wanted. Good at conversation while trimming! They seem to get steady service. I would and will come back! If you aren't sure about trusting hair stylist I would ask for Daniella! Cost Cutters is in the Walmart in Marshall, MN for those who don't know the area well.
