They did a great job with the installation of all the new products, and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. They helped us find a good deal on the products, and helped us figure out the best way to finance it. They helped guide us through all the work they did: installation of new A/C, Furnace, and Thermostat. They went over tune-ups, on when would be the best time to have them done. When I finally did get a hold of him about them covering my clean out in concrete, which both of the technicians that were here made a comment about, he just kept telling me I was wrong and then hung up on me. Even if I was wrong I was at least expecting an in person visit to get a real explanation. Not just to be told I am wrong and hung up on. Extremely rude and in my opinion not at all the way the owner of any company should handle a complaint. Would never personally hire them or recommend them. Service: Sump pump repair

Bryan came over to do a bid on a new AC/Furnace installation. He was very thorough in asking the right questions to determine what stage of furnace I would prefer to have installed and was very professional about it. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything infact I was the one who inquired about the humidifier addition. A few days later (another Brian) Brian and John came to do the install and Neighborhood didn't disapoint there either. The two of them seemed to work well together and get the job done. The outside Temps hit 100 that day and was in the upper 80s inside so the conditions were less than desirable but they busted @ss to get it finished. I was recommended Neighborhood by a coworker and I'll pass it along that they (Neighborhood) are the HVAC people to use. I don't want to forget that they had great prices also. I had a Lennox system installed and they're very highly rated and I was happy with the price they charged me. 5 stars all around👍🏼 Services: Install AC, Heating system installation

Shortly after arriving, Justin realized that our original plan would need to be changed. With it being November and wanting to get us taken care of right away, he went to get new parts for our shifted plans. Everything was completed that day, and works great! They also honored their original quote, which was wonderful. Not only that, but it really looks great too! I was so worried that our baseboard heating system would look bulky and stand out.
