Extremely disappointed with tonight's service. We stopped in for family dinner with the kids, and we couldn't believe how things were handled. One of the kiddos ordered a hamburger, and it came out with cheese. The server took the plate back to the kitchen where the staff proceeded to scrape the cheese off the burger and reserve the same original burger. Our daughter has lactose issues and could have gotten extremely ill. Instead, she was unable to est her meal at all due to the cheese residue still being on the sandwich. It is so unfortunate this staple of a restaurant chose to handle this situation this way. This is not the way to run a restaurant!
