The managers are ridiculous, always a wait in the mornings. They don't know how to treat the employees fairly. Would not recommend working there. They definitely do have thier favorites there. I have been a manager in fast foods, and I know for a fact management has to dress slacks n buttoned shirts....I seen there its ok if you don't.... not cool..... need to hire better management team or fire some they have. ~Victoria

Both my fiancé and I got our hair cut here. Very friendly!! Sadly we weren't there for conversation we were there for hair cuts. We both had very long hair left despite the cuts. I had pieces over 3 inches longer than my hairdo and he had 2 inches of peacock on the top of his head I had to fix at home. I should have kept to cutting ours at home and saved the money we wasted. ~Jacquelyn

We were looking for a stackable washer and dryer set. I felt we were bothering him and he gave me a website to go to and we left in less than 5 minutes and he didn't show us anything. Waste of time!! We will go elsewhere for anything else we need. ~Valerie

So... I debated on whether or not to post this but.... I had the worst experience at Knails in Marshall today. The man doing my pedicure dug so deep into my toe nails (even after I told him he was hurting me) that at one point I kinda yelled out and just broke down after he just dug in deep...couldn't stop crying he hurt me so bad. He said he was sorry and rubbed my feet and then said "You not even bleeding".... he proceeded with the pedicure .... smh. Also, I was also told yesterday it was going to be $55 and it wasn't.... it was $60 .... I did get $3 off for using cash instead of credit. But no discount nothing more said.... I will never ever go back as long as I live. * picture was taken before the mutilation began. I'm so sad because my friend who was with picked a color for her mani and it was completely different than what she asked for and the owner just told her that it will look different once it sets. She asked for glitter orange and got a deep plum. ~Tami
