Woolworths was a great place to buy Atari 2600 games. Haven’t shopped there in a while though.

Would be great if part could be converted to transitional housing, add a cafe and more. We and others use it as a place to walk out of the cold.

Stores are great that are open but what are yall doing with this place? Looks like a looted down town St Paul mall.

Nice building, sad to see all the lost stores, spaces are so empty, I think Maurices is the only store there now, rent is too high, that is why everyone is leaving, Davita will leave soon due to not financially economical with the over priced rent, the only other thing I know the mall has in it is Big stone therapy and an office company.

It's like a ghost town in here. There are maybe three retail businesses left and some local government offices. The managers seem to be deliberately trying to run it out of business. On the other hand if you want a very quiet place to do your walking in the winter this is the place, but bring your own drinks because there's nothing like that to be had either.

"Mall" should not be in the description. All the good places die out after a while, the parking lot is terrible, and its always dead. Really needs to be revived with fresh stores ...if you build it they will come.

I work with a client who uses a wheel chair and needs my help using the bathroom. We entered the bathroom and there was toilet paper all around the floor. We went to the handicap stall, and there wasn't any room for even just her to be in there. Then there was also leftover bm on the seat. This is an absolute disgrace. We had to leave because of that.
