Only thing these employees care is to sit out 9-5pm and go home, forget about simple customer service. You need an appointment for a 1 minute service. We live in crazy times I guess. I walked in this branch, branch is EMPTY, no custumers, bankers doing nothing, they are telling me I need an appointment! Is this crazy?! ~R.T.L
