Wow! I was really impressed with my experience at Midas. I showed up without an appointment and they were nice enough to accommodate me. They had to special order my tires but still got the job done same day. The crew even stayed late to make sure my truck was ready to go. I got an oil change, new tires plus alignment and my truck drives like brand new. I'm really impressed at how hard the entire crew worked. I'll definitely go back in the future.

I called the day before to make an appointment, the man on the phone was very cordial and immediately found me an appointment the next morning. I came in, checked in with the front desk and then sat to wait. I got a synthetic blend oil change and I used a coupon on the Midas website that made the total $25 and I was able to get my tail lights fixed all for $75. So happy they were able to help me! Melissa at the front desk was super sweet at checkout and made the process very easy. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you! Service: Oil change

I will never go to Midas again. Over priced and deceiving. $200 just to change my back brakes. Labor $99. Brakes $99, seriously. They only changed my back brakes not both. Brakes can be changed in under an hour. The guy sat down most of the time. That’s not apart of labor. It was just to take longer with my car to make it appear that the brakes take long to change. I paid $80 to change my front brakes at another shop but I was scared with the noise my brakes were making so I needed them changed asap. But never again. I got robbed. Don’t go here for brakes. You will definitely pay cheaper any other place. To my understanding the $189 price was to change front and back brakes. So if I got ripped off. I would like my money back for that. I did ask one of the managers to get clarity but he said the $189 is only for back brakes. The website said $189 for brakes. I would think that is for everything Service: Brakes

I had a horrible experience at this location! I purchased new tires over a year ago from this Midas location and one of them turned out to be defective. I got deformed, suggesting that the wires in the tire have broken and that caused my car to shake a lot while driving. I only had 9,000 miles on the tires and they were supposed to be under warranty. After inspecting the tires, the manager of the store did not argue that the tire was deformed and that the wires inside have broken. First he wanted to sell me new tires and he told me that I have to buy two tires because they cannot change only one of them and that the tires have to be changed in pairs. After arguing with him that the tires are under warranty he finally agreed to get new tires (the same model) for me. He was arguing a lot that the warranty is only for the treads of the tires - technically suggesting that if that had happened the moment I have left the store, they wouldn't care... I waited one week for the new "tires" to be delivered and when I went back there (and again after waiting for at least one hour) they only changed one of the tires (the defective/broken one) saying that it was fine since the other tire had only 9,000 miles on it. He made me paid for another installation of the tire and an additional "prorated fee" of 31$ for the defective tire for the reason that I had used the tire for 9,000 miles - some kind of a rent. I would have never gone back to this place if the wires of the tire hadn't broken. Imagen you buy a TV from a store with a 2 year warranty and that it breaks after two months. And then, when you ask for the TV to be repaired/replaced since it is still under warranty, they charge you a rent for the two months that you have used the TV before they give you a new one! What kind of a self-respecting company would do that!!??? I am definitely not going back to this, or any other Midas location!!!!! Service: Tires

Came in because my brakes were grinding, they quoted me a price over the phone for the pads, and rotors, told me it would be about 3-4 hours. Car ended up being done in just under 3 hours! Excellent service and timing! Definitely my new go to mechanic! Service: Brakes

I came here with an appointment, I was told they had the tires I need over the phone. I was kept waiting hours and they didn’t have the tires when I arrived. Second appointment , waited hours for the tire change. Everyone went on lunch. I’m sitting outside in this hot humid weather . They all having lunch inside AC. I don’t think it takes 3 hours to Chang tires. I’ll never come back . Plus they advertise sales but don’t honor them. Bad service and bad management. I give negative stars if I could.
