Seemed confused when I called per the online direction at my order being on hold. I was put on hold while they looked it up. Gave up after 40 minutes of being on hold. I didn't sound like this person ever intended to pick the line back up.

Dr called scripts in for my bronchitis and infected ear. I went to pharmacy and they said it would take an hour. I expressed how sick and contagious I am. She said "well you have to see it from our side- there are 150 prescriptions before you". I said but I'm the only one waiting. She told me I could take my scripts to another pharmacy. This is THE worst pharmacy in town and always rude. Farwell Walmart. Never returning.
