Great, patient, customer oriented staff. The graveyard clerk is very engaging and personable. He has an inviting smile that makes you want to return. The ladies in the afternoon have great customer service. I enjoy this store.

Place is usually great. However lately there are more homeless harrassing customers. I always stop in for a quick drink and snack before work. The store is a fire hazard. Boxes blocking the coolers where you can't get to anything. Add to this their slots buttons don't work properly and I will be taking my business to one of the three other 7eleven locations within a mile of here

Since I was waiting for my car being serviced at AAMCO, I got a little hungry and walked to this 7-Eleven. It's pretty much like all 7-Eleven locations when it comes to variety and service. Sometimes it is hit and miss. This place was pretty clean and the employees were friendly. The pizza came out good as well. If I'm ever in this area, I definitely will stop by again.

This is the dirtiest and nastiest store I have ever been too. The floor is disgusting. I went in there one day and doughnuts were sitting out on top of the potatoe chips uncovered. The staff is ghetto and unprofessional. I feel this store should be closed down.

I rarely get good customer service at 7- elevens and there always seems to be something wrong with the app vs. The points you might receive or the discount you were supposed to get. Whenever I have problems the cashier is if no help and they're usually on the phone.

I came to this store no longer than 20 ago. I bought a 50 cent item and tried to get cash back. The cashier going to tell me i have to spend at least $2 in order to get cash back. I have been to this store many times, spent less then $2 and was able to get cash back. I have never heard of this policy. Might as well use the ATM machine. No other 7-Eleven has had this policy.

The worst most rudest 7-eleven! It’s near my home so I run in for milk and immediately was scolded by an employee. To top it off when checking out I asked for a cigarette and was rudely asked for my ID. It’s not asking for my ID that was upsetting it was how he asked, like if I was giving him a hard time. This is not the first time I experienced there unprofessional side but I have purchased there ready food and got soo sick that I ended going to a quick care for food poisoning. So to save you all time just take the extra 5mins to the 7-eleven on Sahara and Arvile. They know customers service.

If you value your life don't go here at night. The. Skinny violent Black guy that work's there is always jumping on people then brags about how he's been beating up the customers. Not only that there's so many people hanging out with him, that its obvious drugs are being sold from the site. The manager doesn't care all the management cares about is lost prevention. He refuses to hire a security guard to protect the store. He can view the camera and see what's going on there, so I suggest you stay away from the store during that night shift you could lose your life.
