Complete trash service so far. Been on a wait list for over an hour and have received no help so far. Even spoke to the floor manager and went back up to the front to see what place we were on and apparently we’ve been next for the last 30 min. This has been a terrible customer service spot and I would recommend going to the one in Henderson 100%. Both have been sitting here on their phones the ENTIRE TIME ME AND MY CHILDREN HAVE BEEN SITTING HERE.

Our rep Oscar P was absolutely amazing. From the moment we sat down with him to a few weeks later when we finally picked up our car he showed a great deal of professionalism. He is very approachable, knowledgeable and possesses great communication skills. He assured us everything will go smoothly and it did. He answered our messages while off the clock and made sure the service met all our needs. I hope Carmax values him as an employee and takes good care of him because he is a great asset for the company and he has such a positive attitude.

This was customer service at its finest moment. They offered me a terrific price for my vehicle and kept to their word. They didn't try to chisel down the price offered, nor did they try to make me buy one of their vehicles. They just smiled and said, "everything looks good, we'll get you a check momentarily". Nice place, clean, and very friendly knowledgeable staff. Was able to reshedule twice, and I came 40 minutes early and was seen early for my appraisal. Only took about 30 minutes. The offer was fair, a couple of grands more than Auto Nation BMW down the road offered. If you do a trade then you would a little more value. Will update if decide to sell them my car.

As we walked into CARMAX a young man, Fernando came up and introduced himself. My daughter and her husband were there with me to help me. They received a phone call and had to leave. I made an appointment to come back at noon of Friday. On Friday with Fernando, I chose a car, took it for a test drive, came inside, did all the necessary paperwork and drove my new car home.

This was the simplest process of selling an extra vehicle that I did not need. My daughter Christina accompanied me to help with a little bit of translating. We felt lucky we were connected with Joseph M (Appraisal Specialist), who was the highlight - he explained the process, how long it’ll take, answered all of my questions and checked in to see if we were doing okay while we waited for the inspection. Not only is he genuinely kind, he really cares for his clients, profession and it shows! Thank you CarMax and Joseph for making this the best experience of selling my vehicle.

I had an accident the night before my birthday. I am also relocating across the country soon. My insurance was not going to be able to get my car repaired before my departure date. I went on Carmax looking for used Subaru's. I found 2 a Forrester and an Impreza. I was all set to buy the Forrester. Got in adjusted the mirrors looked down and saw it was a stick. That ended the Forrester. So I had a car transferred from Henderson it arrived Friday. Went and saw it today and bought it. Bryce the salesman was very nice and answered all my questions.

Monday 10-25-21 I experienced the worse customer service ever. It took an hour to get some help to find out if the a car was still available. We told carmax while being put on awaiting list what car we want to look at and buy. Most dealerships will say let me see if that car is still available. I been here a few times and received good customer service on a weekend that was 10 times more people there.
