I got the VIP should of vacuumed inside and wiped windows, they did the front of the suv didn’t touch nothing from the backseats to the rear. And I tipped 10.00. Service is just worse and worse everytime I go and I keep saying I’m not going back, which I have been coming for years but after this I won’t. I can drive it thru WOW down the street and do it myself since I have to anyways Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Vacuuming

I can do it better at home! . Come here pay 27 plus tips and their finished the car in less than 20mins and did not clean and vacuum has they are supposed do for the price . This is not the first time happens to me , but never again 👎🏼

Same quality as if you paid the neighborhood teenager to clean your car, except $200 more expensive and still done by teens. This is not remotely up to par to be considered a detailing service. Only half the windshield was cleaned and vacuuming was a once over at best- still visible pet hair. Specific cleaning focus requests ignored, just a microfiber rag and wax thrown on it. Save your money and go anywhere else.

For as hot as it is here in Vegas these kids work hard! They also have Roberto's and Splash for when I'm waiting on my car to be finished. Splash has drink specialties (non alcoholic) of course but they never fail to fulfill my request and will mix up just about anything I ask. Great customer service. They really do leave me and my car feeling fabulous!!!

This place was great, but not anymore. The last three times I've been, the center section of the wash was broken and yet they charge full price for the wash. I tell them that part is not working, they say they know, and yet the charge full price. This place is way too busy for the amount of staff. Last few washes have been very subpar. I think they're just trying to get as many cars washed no matter the quality.

I wish the teens did a little better in some areas. Not even to be picky clean, but it's always hey can you dry this more please? Or they miss huge spots. I do understand that, shop is always busy. But I do think the kids should try or be taught more versus just get as many done as you can. But the kids are always nice and so is the staff inside. But they definitely need to learn themselves and put in the work to earn the cash, and tips. Kids need to work for things. Not expect things.

When I pulled into the bay to have my car detailed, they asked if there were any areas that I wanted them to focus on. I have a mini van, and the back row seats were folded down. I asked them to PLEASE make sure they lifted up the seats and cleaned them, as well as the trunk bay. I had them down to make sure they cleaned the carpet on the back of the seats as well. Guess what they did NOT clean at all? The ONE area I asked them to! In addition, after paying $150, I had to clean all the windows in the van as they were super streaky as well. The detailing was supposed to take 2 hours, but it took them over 3 hours to get my van back to me! Not worth the money, will definitely not be going back there ever again! Service: Auto detailing

Took my truck in for an interior/exterior wash and and a wax. The employee who worked on my truck did an excellent job, no complaints there. However, the job took an hour and 30 minutes. Totally unacceptable for a car wash. It appeared to me that only one employee was working on my truck the entire time, while other vehicles had 2 or 3. Unfortunately this was my last visit to Freddy’s, mobile detailing is the way to go.

Got my car washed yesterday and was extremely disappointed. There were still dead bugs on my car the windows are smudged and dirty and they didn’t even vacuum in my trunk. They wiped the dash ok and air freshener smells great but otherwise so disappointing.

Spent $30 for an average inside and out cleaning. The employees are friendly, but the quality is pretty lacking. Even after asking them to redo the tires twice, they still messed it up. Next time I'll do it myself, since I had to spend thirty minutes touching up the tires, wheels, exterior, and interior where the supposedly wiped everything down. Wish I had taken more pictures, but this tire takes the cake.
