I closed my account here for one reason. Fraudulent charges. You would think with all the cyber fraud the would have a better system. No the Manager named Shauna well lost then hung up in my face. After 8 years of banking with them I’m done. Mind you I’m a disabled Veteran just no respect.

I’ve been with Wells Fargo for 18 years had a hiccup every now and then but this was the final straw. Went in to change out small bills for large bills and withdraw out of my checking account. Well when all was said and done the teller shorted me $600. If you like teller to pocket your hard earned money then this is the bank for you.

Seriously the worst bank. They just make up policies and go out of their way to be unhelpful. They also have a super low ATM withdrawal limit. Find a real bank and thank me later
