I was in this Branch yesterday at noon to set up a business account. I was already at a 10 when I came in because of my frustration with the appointment process. But Sabrina (sp?) was extremely helpful and took care of all my needs in short period of time. It could not have gone any smoother or been handled more efficiently. Thank you for your help.

This branch used to offer the service of a notary without an appointment. Now it seems like they’re using COVID-19 as an excuse. They are claiming that their availability has decreased and now are requiring an appointment which is often one to a couple days in advance. Very disappointing to see this disingenuous decision on the part of our branch we’ve been with for 10 years. You can do better Wells Fargo at Sahara in rainbow. I know you can’t if you want to.

I would have given a 4 star but when the Covid hit they closed the lobby and didn't open it like BofA. They didn't handle it very well and only opened the lobby with appts. I know it was a hard situation but come on.

I not going to business with an establishment that is finds reasons why NOT to help. I've been banking here for 15+ years and I'm done. Thank god it's America and we have choices. I feel like they genuinely do not care. They don't care about me, maybe my money, but not me and probably not about you either.
