Scheduled an appointment online to get a document notarized. Showed up for said appointment and was told I could not be seen because the notary was in a very important meeting (that’s outside the fact the teller went to said notary and had a five minute conversation regarding my document which literally would have take three minutes to read). They have no number to reach them directly to schedule an appointment and don’t answer emails in regards to appointments either. Don’t bother visiting this location unless you’re looking to give them money. Seems to be the only time they want to help.

Horrible customer service.Branch manager blonde lady needs to be fired.......such a disaster there every time I come....rude,no ethic,no empathy,no help.no .working in customer service for so so many years I never experienced this.and believe me it is not only one day thing,it is all the time I go therr.Chase I get really disappointed in you.how you can make this kind of people work for you?!!!!it makes me loose all the trust in you and your business....DISSAPOINTMENT........

I have an appointment but instead of seeing me a guy who has no appointment was seen and I was ignored...I guess being a woman is a disadvantage here and that’s how you’ll be treated in this bank...all I need is a notarized letter. I came back twice and the manager is useless. One girl who works in the front was more helpful. I don’t know why they hire people who are so incompetent and disorganized. Masochistic men who work for a company should learn how to deal with customers who follow protocols regardless of their gender. I have three boys waited for half an hour and was told to come back with an appointment.

I got there at 5:05 pm I was ignore for 15 minutes, a tall guy on a blue shirt was holding the list so I could not write my name down, he kept talking to a customer about his vacation on New York and then he told I need to come an some other time because nobody could not help me. Mind you nobody answer the phone esrlier when I was trying to make an appointment. Way to Go!!!

Counter staff is always friendly, but I have never been able to speak to a banker without scheduling a future appointment. Don't expect to have any pressing questions answered in a timely fashion.
