I'm so excited to right about this experience! I was able to find items for both my daughters, my husband and myself and was out of there with 2 clicks of heels. There was 9 people in front of me and we were out of there. Now that's the type of service I like!! The cashier ( I wish I could remember her name) was the sweetest and so polite. On top of everything.... She put the cherry on top! Excellent experience. I hope it's the sage if not better. The store is huge by the way.😉 ~Tamaki

Definitely highly recommended to go if you were trying to go to a Nike store and not the outlet and not to get into any chaos with going into any massive mall on the strip as well other than Summerlin and downtown Summerlin this location for Nike is prime because it’s easy to get in and it’s easy to get out and get on with your day. The customer service here is fantastic and I would highly recommend this place five stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✔️✔️✔️💯💯💯💯 ~Jacob

This Ross is in a great location if you forgot something to bring or need last minute clothing. Parking may be limited but got lucky when I went. Well organized and the crew takes pride in there work. Great job guys and keep up the great work ! Good to know there’s a Ross on the strip and will definitely be back if we need something here. So I have never gone out of my way to leave a negative review but here I am : ( Absolutely zero stars. I was already having a bad day so I decided why not get happy & go Halloween shopping. So I look around for costume ideas & I find some stuff and I want to go try it on and then immediately as I go in a lady starts banging on the door so I thought it was just another customer being impatient but then she did it again and I walked outside and she said someone said that you have been in here for an hour already and we don't tolerate shoplifting and I'm going to have to look in your bag and see what else you brought in. Me already having a bad day complied, showed her my bag and show her that I didn't bring anything just six items into the room. I went outside and asked who said I have been in here for over an hour she said a volunteer. couldn't say anything else because I was getting teary-eyed so I left all the things on the cart and just left. If something like that is actually happening they should be monitoring cameras before you go accusing people! I have been told that I can make a complaint about this and I will because it made me feel embarrassed and it put me on the spot which was not Ok. ~Wendy
