I literally had a doctors appointment at 8 AM this morning. It usually takes about CVS an 1hr to an 1hr 30mins To fill a prescription and I’ve been using CVS my entire life so I know how long it takes. Ever since I moved to the area and came to the CVS I’ve always had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. I went to pick up my prescription at 10:50am today. This lady expected me to wait until 9 PM at night for a prescription that was placed in at 8 AM and this prescription wasn’t new I’ve been taking this prescription before. Like are you seriously kidding me right now? Then she was like “well I can try 35 mins”. Like is this a joke? I was literally waiting and I even went grocery shopping so I could pick up my prescriptions afterwards then go home so I wouldn’t have to run out later because I have work this afternoon to late at night. So I wouldn’t be able to pick it up because CVS pharmacy closes when I get off at work. Now I understand why everyone is leaving CVS pharmacy and going to different pharmacies for further future prescriptions. I used to talk so highly of CVS now I’m sad to say maybe I should start looking at other pharmacies…

Not even worthy of 1 star! Nothing but trouble every time I try to fill a prescription at CVS London, Oh. CVS will never get another penny of my money again. Rude, incompetent workers!

Pharmacy was a great deal of help when I called to ask questions about Covid exposure. She took time to make sure I understood befor hanging up. Very helpful!

I ALWAYS call ahead because i live 40 mins away they give me a time my prescription will be ready EVERYTIME i drive 40 mins they tell me it's gonna be another 2 hours. Ridiculous CVS do better and stop telling people one thing and doing the complete opposite it's unprofessional and irritating to the customer not to mention my medications are on automatic refill and should have been filled and ready yesterday.

The pharmacy is a joke. Rude and slow. Prescription called in over an hour ago. Just snapped at by the rudest person ever at the window for no reason that it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow because they are hundreds of orders behind like it's my fault.

The people are usually wonderful but CVS as a company is absolute rubbish, especially for prescriptions. Their system is always having issues (text that Rx filled when it isn't, set up for auto refill and never refills, bottle marked as having a refill when it didn't). Constantly understaffed and running behind. Don't bother scheduling an appointment for a vaccine because they apparently don't keep track and then call you the morning you were supposed to get your vaccines and tell you they are out, call back in a few days. It's obvious the company is trying to squeeze blood out of stones and the employees/community suffer because of it.

This store gets a "1" rating from my family only because it is not possible to rate it a "0". The service is deplorable. Everytime we go in to pick up prescriptions there are problems that ALWAYS result in us walking out lacking at least one critical medication. The excuses the pharmacy crew gives are always pathetic. A member of our family has several extreme medical conditions that are only treatable by medication and today we walked out of there without the most important one even though I was told the medication would be ready to be picked up at 8:00pm YESTERDAY EVENING. It was bad enough that they did not have the prescription ready but the cavalier attitude they had toward serving their sick customer was dispicable and pushed us over the top to the extent that effective today we have switched companies (not just pharmacies). These people simply do not care.

Pills are always late. They've given me wrong dosages before. waited more than an hour for pills to be filled. Not receiving text notifications I've requested multiple times. They've lost filled prescriptions that were found in places they shouldn't be right in front of me. I've been told meds were ready, drove to the store and they aren't ready more than once resulting in multiple trips. Meds are way more expensive than other places. Rude staff except the pharmacist. I'm switching to krogers.

If I could rate this place a zero I would (specifically the pharmacy). Every single time I come here its a problem. I'm not sure that I have ever been able to get a prescription on the first try. The latest I talked to a pharmacy tech to see if i had refills on a prescription. She tells me you have a brand new prescription. Great i tell her to fill it and that i know my insurance won't cover it. Go to pick it up the next day. They didn't fill it because A. They don't have it in stock and B. My insurance won't cover it. Again I tell them i know this but i still want the prescription. They'll order it. I call two days later to see if they got the prescription. Yes but they haven't filled it because you guessed it my insurance wont cover it but they can have it ready by 4. I get there at ten to four and get some snarky comment that it's not due to be ready until 4. Seems they were doing me some big favor to get it ready for me. Then they tell me two different cards were declined. Not a dang thing wrong with either card. In fact I left CVS and used one of the cards in two different establshments without issue. The only positive thing this store has going for it is the store manager. He actually is helpful but as to the pharmacy you can go ahead and reshelf that order. I will be transferring it elsewhere.

Terrible pharmacy! Wait time currently averages 3 hours for each prescription. I've even been told 3 hours then once I arrived to pick up the prescription, I was told to wait another 3 hours or possibly until the next day. When I have taken issue with their wait time, they respond in an inconsiderate and condescending tone "we can only do our best" or "we are only human." Well...if you were doing your best, your Pharmacy would be managed properly, you wouldn't be short staffed, you wouldn't have a condescending tone, you wouldn't have to come up with excuses and if you were human, I'd think you might have a little compassion.
