They are very rude at the subway here in London, they won't accept coupons and the sub that you receive has absolutely no meat on it. I will not go back. For the money you spend you buy the stuff to make your own subs. Well worth it.

If you see a comment saying someone had great service, they’re lying lol. The past 3 times I’ve been to this location I’ve gotten yelled at for asking for extra olives. The older guy is EXTREMELY rude and also yelled at my mother in law.

The customer service is awful. I noticed other people have complained on this about it as well. I asked for salt and vinegar, and the guy was super rude with his attitude and said, "just what you see here" or something to that affect. I don't think they have it anymore, and I hadn't been to subway in years to know that. I won't go here again. It's two stars because the sub was nice.

Terrible customer service. Very rude staff. Won’t be going too this location again. Got something off of DoorDash didn’t get one of my subs out of the 2 I ordered. I called too tell them the guys was rude over the phone. Then a week before that I went in too get some lunch they didn’t change there gloves after making the 4 sandwiches in front of me and counting money. The health department will be called.

Extremely rude service and absolutely inflexible. I asked for extra veggies and offered to pay any amount they needed and to tip them and yet they refused to add even a normal amount. EXTREMELY STINGY. I've worked with robots that are more flexible and intelligent.

This location doesn't even deserve 1 star. The staff were so rude, they didn't listen. Charged me for 2 extra cheeses and barely have any cheese. Spent $42 on 3 subs and didn't even get a drink. I will never go back to this location ever! Worst experience EVER.

Food wise, this has to be the best Subway I've been to in a while. All of the food toppings/ingredients appeared to be fresh and not wilted which was a nice change. The bread was cooked rather than burned compared to blackened to my normal Subway location. My only complaint would bee appearance of the staff. I'm not one to judge people by appearance, but when someone is doing food prep on your meal you most likely want them to appear clean. All in all I would go to this location over many others I've visited.

Worst Subway ever!! The woman who made them.. acted like every item we asked to add to the sandwich was a chore! The meat didn't taste very fresh and the veggies seemed really dry like it's been sitting out too long! DEFINITELY not going back!
