Bayside is a restaurant/bar, or I should say a bar/restaurant. It's not a beautiful interior and no quiet romantic dining here. Many customers seem to be local regulars and I find it to be a friendly place. Every food item I have ordered has been fantastic. Their burgers are very good but their seafood is some of the freshest tasting that I have found in the New Bedford area. Most dishes are served with either fries or tater tots and they are great too.

Good reasonably priced food. Bad service, bar not busy, trying to pay, bartender is a train wreck (rude, confused) I won't be back.

Everyone is so nice here, and the food is great! You can tell it's run by really great people and that everyone really likes working there. Can confirm that Bayside lobster roll is in fact better than The Back Eddy lobster roll lol! And the drinks are also great :)

I visited on a weekday afternoon, and was pleasantly surprised to find a full indoor lively bar with a coin operated pool table in the back. Patio seating was available where we ordered the $6 burger (w/ purchase of a drink). The burger was truly the best in recent memory. The perfectly seasoned beef patty was served with thinly sliced rings of onion, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and American cheese on a butter-fried potato bun with a side of fries. Our friendly and engaging waitress brought our food and drinks and stuck around for a bit of conversation with every refill. She described her role at the bar with the enthusiasm of one who loves being a part of the community she has had a hand in creating. Great vibes.

Nice place for locals. Great bar food. Good atmosphere. The guy bartender isn't the friendliest person ever. But that's my only complaint.

This is a popular night spot on Sconicut Neck. Has a 70's-80's feel to the interior. Good pub food and pizzas. Cheap drinks. Live music on weekends. It gets crowded.

Have been by a couple of times in the past weeks. Cold beer and nice locals. Not really into the open mic thing but this place has a little of everything to offer. Update 4/25/2022 Burgers are $6 now but still very delish! Tater tots hot and crispy! Just the way I like em. :-)

Great local spot. They have entertainment regularly and a kitchen with a great selection. If you want a clamboil this is a great place to get one. A stop at this bar and you will meet many of the locals.

Great Wings and Bar food. Portions were really good for the price! Was pretty busy when we went but the servers kept up pretty well with everyone and the wait wasn't long for anything

Alisha was the bartender and she was great and her great spirit despite she was hurting from someone passing over the weekend, sorry for your loss, RIP peace sweet angle! That bar pizza is awesome. Linguica, onion and banana peppers, well done!
