Never refill your prescriptions here. You won’t get them. Not worth it. Find somewhere else.

This cvs is so lucky to have Jim, I come often as I work across the street and he is always going above and beyond to give the best customer service every time!

Store seems to be restocking well after holiday season. Getting neater all the time. Maybe has new staff??? Only annoying thing I can think of is the constant asking about getting carepass. I have one already which I ordered online. Most people do get them online. No need to pester people...I actually love my carepass..

I agree with most of the reviews here. The pharmacist is rude. And I think it’s just one of his bad qualities. I’m not saying because of others. I had personal experience.seems like CVS is proud to have him.

Never ask your doc send prescription to this pharmacy. My allergy prescription and dermatology prescription both never come out from this pharmacy. They always say my insurance cannot cover the prescription. But if you change to Hopkinton or target cvs. Nothing wrong with the prescription. Worst CVS ever. And the mana of the store is the worst. I never leave any negative feedback even on Amazon. This Pharmacy already touch the bottom line.

Generally decent place right in town. Yes getting into and out of the parking lot is sometimes iffy, but patience will help. The people are generally friendly, but they are often a bit understaffed. Before I was vacinated for COVID-19, I filled prescriptions here because they have a drive through, and it was fine, but a bit slow because of the volume and light staffing.

This is the worst CVS that I have ever went to. Shelves are bare and empty and staff is not helpful at all. Not for nothing but considering CVS was the first Pharmacy to stop selling cigarettes but yet they can't stay stocked up on nicotine products to help you quit smoking. Good luck finding a decent men's soap selection, how is it at Cumberland Farms and 7-Eleven have better body soap selection.

Although the store has a great selection of gift cards and supplies, there were no staff working the registers. Because of this, we had to do self checkout, which was just frustrating. The machine would not work. It randomly called over a staff member mid checkout, and that's when they decide to come help their customers. Horrible.

I’ve never posted a review for anything in my entire life but this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The staff is completely unreasonable and unhelpful. You cannot rely on this pharmacy at all. If you want your medication or for anyone to answer your questions go to any other pharmacy in existence

My reviews are based on handicap accessibility, and that being said this pharmacy has a very small parking area and ONLY ONE HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE,AT A PHARMACY???? (you can see from the various pictures, even that space is dangerous as the snow and ice are still impediments long after a storm.) Store is okay but cluttered and using an assistive device one would knock over things over A relative uses the "drive-thru pharmacy" which I must say is absolutely wonderful, and those who run this drive-thru are true professionals! All of the staff should be commended. ...all in all, it is your basic CVS, and the photo department is nice, but once again the person that is disabled could never sit on the high stools they provide! I have a suggestion which will help CVS in its PR and customers as well. Years ago I saw a 'veterans only" sign at a mall for a parking space. It was not official, but there were actually people taking pictures of it and sharing it on social media! I would consider this. Also, instead of just handicap parking, you could add one or two spaces that are for mobility-impaired folks who don't have placards as they are hard to get! I'm not sure why you haven't done this already because it boosts your customers' confidence in your store, gives them a good feeling before they walk in, and I imagine this would increase sales? Please consider this!
