Alex was great!! He was knowledgeable, patient and kind. He also stayed way past his shift to help me get a new phone. He made the process very easy. I have been there before in the past and have always had great customer service. I highly recommend this Verizon store!!

**EDIT: I checked the BBB reviews after this experience and Victra has a rating of 1/5 stars (the lowest possible) and 396 complaints. Avoid Victra!!*** If you are ordering a phone through Verizon (corporate) over the phone or online, DO NOT chose this location (or probably any Victra/authorized retailers). My family had the experience of doing 2 phone upgrades the same week; one at Verizon's corporate store in Shrewsbury and one at this Victra. The corporate store in Shrewsbury was extremely easy. Our Victra experience took 3 members of my family a cumulative 3.5 hours in their hot store (broken A/C) over 2 business days. The phone was completely paid for, but the Victra system has issues and not all of the staff are trained in online orders, so it took convincing the manager Alex to finally let us take the phone home. We had worried we might run into issues with this being an authorized retailer, so we tried to call ahead, but no one answers the phone at this location. We called 4 times and the one time a woman answered she put the phone on hold for over 45 minutes before we hung up. *at one point we considered cancelling would be easier, but they had the audacity to say there would be a $50 restock fee* If you don't mind waiting in a hot store, then it might be okay to purchase a phone in person here, but under no circumstances would we ever do an online order with this store again.

Alex was amazing! He explained everything as we went and was patient and thorough. The entire staff was welcoming and I witnessed their patience and understanding with each customer who walked in the door. Would recommend doing business here anytime!

Nick was outstanding in helping us purchase a new iPad. He took his time to suggest an iPad that fit our needs without any up selling and answered numerous questions. 5 months later still haven't sorted out billing mess they created for us when they upgraded our phones and plans. Be aware this is not an actual Verizon store but a GoWireless which is independent from Verizon, so if they mess something up, Verizon can't fix it for them. We've spent over 13 hours in the store in the past 2 months trying to fix their mistakes. Update - It's been 2 weeks since I replied via email to their reply below and I've heard nothing back. An additional visit to the store still has not fixed my account.

My mom was dreading going in to replace her phone. Nick made the process smooth and painless. He was was very patient and answered all of our questions. He also educated us on the phone and bill. Ask for Nick when you go in!

Updated Post: Another person from my office stopped in to have them take a quick look at their phone to see if they could upgrade their SD card and got nothing but a poor attitude and was kept waiting for over 35 minutes while one of the two employees was stocking shelves. Out of frustration this person just walked out. Do yourself a fiver and go to a real Version store and do everything to avoid this GoWireless store. Original Post: Stopped into what I though was a real Verizon store (not it GoWireless) to replace my damaged company phone and found myself treated very rudely and with a lot of condescension by Mr. Santiago. This person has no idea how to treat customers and should not be allowed to directly interface with the public. I was so upset that I asked him several time for his name and he refused to give it to me, but I did find it on my invoice. My worst experience at a store ever and recommend avoiding this locate at all costs.
