Over charge on some of there parts especially on wheel bearing ,,I knew it was a rip off on the price just for the one front wheel bearing the price was 310,,, it said on my paperwork RF wheel bearing 310 just for the part,, no labor, unless from a dealer no body should have to pay that price just for the part. I called five parts stores and the dealer of the car the dealer was cheaper too. thank you. I can not recommend them for that kind of work to expensive..I will not use them my first time and my last time. They could be good at other things but I don't know.

I’ve been taking my car to ericksons for years - their prices are reasonable, cheaper than other places, and you always get a straight answer about what is wrong with your vehicle- there’s no unnecessary upsell. They have fit me in twice when I’ve had emergencies with my vehicle.

My truck sounded horrible. Exaust manifold needed to be replaced. It is not an easy task. Ericksons did a great job. Had my work truck back to me quickly and at a great rate. Sounds brand-new. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks

Got an appointment within a week for a check engine light. Dropped off vehicle at 7:30 and had call back with estimate just after 8. Thermostat was replaced by lunch at a fair price. Would definitely go back.

Professional, courteous, quick inspection in/ out in less than 10 mins.! My reviews are based on handicapped accessibility and I can tell you that pulling up to this business is easy, Anything you might need help with after you have pulled in, the sign tells you to just hit your horn and they will do everything they possibly can to assist you! (how many auto shops have a sign directing those of us that are handicapped to simply hit our horn and they will take care of the rest? Not many.).

They don't want to fix a tire with a nail on it. It takes about 10-15 to have it done but they refuse to do it. Did not even give me a waiting time, they just said we can't do it, because everyone is busy fixing major problemed cars. Let me tell you, a small problem and quick cash you can't service then what about big problem??. Never come here for any of my cars services. Or maybe because I am Asian. And the lady receptionist was not welcoming at all. To the owner: yes I got it plugged next door for $35 in 5 minutes and I happily tipped him $5, because he stopped fixing his client car and spent 5 minutes for extra quick cash.

I was here last Monday to give my mother a ride when she dropped off her car, and the older woman working at the desk was so aggressively rude to me and my mother. My family has been going here for years, but that kind of behavior towards customers is completely uncalled for, unprofessional, and unacceptable. We cancelled an appointment we had for another car and took our business elsewhere. Nobody wants to give money to a place where you’ll be treated like so poorly. I see the defensive replies from the company on critical reviews, but the fact of the matter is that there is no excuse for this kind of treatment toward any customer, especially loyal customers who were acting properly.

Went in for an oil change and was told my front tires were a lil worn. They recommended I change all four tires, so I did. After a little research, they grossly overcharged me for low mile low grade tires. Couple hours later they told me I needed all four new brakes and rotors. I passed on that service because they felt fine. Two days later I took my car to the Infiniti dealer and they said my rotors and brakes were perfect. This is the last place I'd take my car.

Had a thermostat diagnosed/replaced as part of an overheating issue. Dropped it off before they were open one morning, got a call that confirmed the work and price were as expected, and was able to pick it up that night in the late pickup lot. Very easy experience, will be returning for future work.
