Best car rental agency in Westborough, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

I called while on my way to the car shop to confirm they were meeting me…it seemed like they forgot. Even though they are pretty much across the street they were 30 minutes late to pick me up. The car I received was filthy. It literally smells like an animal lives in it. The steering wheel was sticky the pictures I provided are of the Clorox wipe that was provided and used just for the steering wheel and door panel!!! I’m disappointed and disgusted by the smell. NEVER AGAIN!!!! ~Melissa
