Great customer service from Hugo Godoy! Had answers too all my questions and also gave me information about items that I didn’t know had certain features that I was very interested in! And left with more then what I went in for and I also got a high speed car charger that was completely worth it!! I highly recommend this store! For the record I been to all the valley stores I’m from Burbank and Hugo knows what he is talking about!! And I didn’t wait too long there for there service, I was in and out with everything activated and ready to go!! The 5g works like a charm for my sons Gaming and watch is super cool for times like these gives a parent a peace of mind! Thank you Hugo ~Max

Horrible horrible horrible experience. Person here don’t know his name but korean dude with blonde hair was very rude. Didn’t even bother touching my phone and when I tried to change my phone he snapped at me saying it was impossible to do before even trying it. He made it seem like my phone was super dirty and would rip tissues and use that to touch my phone. Don’t recommend going here especially to the Korean dude with blonde hair. Disgusting service and manners. ~Jenny
