The people here lack knowledge and are lazy as ever. They don’t want to do their job. They only get your info then tell you they can’t help or don’t have the product at the end of 45 min what a waste of time. Have to go to a whole different location just to get a phone. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

They really don't put attention on helpng the customers. They just want to sell only. No matter what. Bad service in general.

The customer service was horrible. Nobody asked me did I need anything and after an hour of waiting it was as simple as saying no. So I waited over an hour for something that could have taken no more than 2 seconds if they would have took their time out

Came in 10 min before closing...waited about 30 min to be helped but that's understandable. Demetrius and Alex were very helpful and answered all of our questions. Overall we had a great experience!

I went in the store trying to get my case replace I been waiting over 45 mintues. The people in this store have very bad customer service. I work in customer service . I will never treat my customer like this not happy at all. This kind of service want to make me end my contact. Believe me I will not come back to this sprint store. I am very dissatisfied with the service.
