Worst store ever. Check your receipts they will add things to your account like they are deciding your budget, just to get a sale. Currently will be filing a lawsuit against this store. The sales team lies about promotions and makeup things to complete transaction. RUN FROM THIS STORE AND SPRINT! NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THIEVESBI. THIS STORE.

Had to upgrade a phone here. I did receive good service. Then I went back again for a new charger and I still got good service. So I'm happy with them so far.

This store had a strong smell of weed, it seem know one brother to spray the store to Eliminate the odor. I didn't received any service came to pay my bill. They had the door open, but that didn't help. Made me think ur employees were smoking n the back.

The Sprint store is not where I have the problem but this is my only outlet to vent my frustration with sprint at the moment the staff in the store is OK and friendly enough my problem is with Sprint itself this company's customer service agents are horrible They are not friendly they are not helpful danal even give you a supervisor when you ask all they tell you as a supervisor is going to tell you the same thing I just told you and I feel like Sprint and any other cell phone company know they have their customers over a barrel because people like technology and people want their phones and all that's going up are the prices for services and phones so the fat rat CEO's can get richer. Yesterday I pay $385 they steal sent me a voicemail telling me that i still owe $122 more and then this morning another automated system called and told me the same thing that my services were going to be disconnected if I didn't pay an additional $122.😡😡
