Horrible horrible horrible experience. Person here don’t know his name but korean dude with blonde hair was very rude. Didn’t even bother touching my phone and when I tried to change my phone he snapped at me saying it was impossible to do before even trying it. He made it seem like my phone was super dirty and would rip tissues and use that to touch my phone. Don’t recommend going here especially to the Korean dude with blonde hair. Disgusting service and manners.

I can into T Mobile wanting to transfer my line from metro and I was helped by Bianca, she answered all my questions, and made sure I knew about all the promotions going on with new transfers, I left with a free Apple Watch, and a new number overall I loved her customer service and I will be coming again!

I received a swift and professional service from this place. I called them about changing the sim card for my phone and Jessy was very helpful and friendly. Within 30 minutes I came to the store and they helped me immediately and I was out within 5 minutes with my new working sim card. Excellent service. Keep up with the great service and attitude

I walked into the store after i received a message concerning my jump on demand account. Unaware of what it meant, I decided to walk into the store to get clarification! To my surprise not only was the store in immaculate condition, the manager during my visit, Grace had impeccable knowledge! She was not only friendly, but took the time to discuss my options, and how I could better benefit from my business account. I have never in my life experience such hospitality in a t mobile store. It’s a bit of a drive for me but I will definitely be coming back here after the service I received! Also, walked out with some cool accessories. Thanks again GRACE ☺️
