When I accidentally tripped over and dropped my baby--err, I mean PS5 last night, my heart jumped into my stomach. I thought I was doomed. LA Tech Repairs came to my rescue and they delivered the service FAST! I called around to other game console repair shops in L.A. to get estimates of prices and not only was this place the least expensive, they were also the fastest. Other places quoted 1-3 business days turnaround. These guys? 1-2 HOURS, same day!!!! Now, I will say I was lucky because they happened to have the parts it needed in stock--that's not always the case. I thought my HDMI port was the only issue with my PS5 but when Alex called me two hours after drop-off he said that he noticed a micro-fracture on the video chip and that when they've fixed other HDMI ports and they still didn't work, the replacement of the video chip was always the answer 100% of the time. When I asked how much more $$$ it was going to cost, I got scared.... but he told me that since he had already gone into the system he would only charge me for the hardware. SO. NICE. He asked permission to go ahead and replace that chip too and then half hour later, my baby was like new! THANK YOU ALEX and LA TECH REPAIR! I will definitely drive 25 miles back and forth again should I ever need your services. And don't take this personally... I hope I don't need them again. :) ~Erin

Such a great experience! Amazing customer service, we sat and talked for a few minutes after my phone was repaired and Nancy is such a kind person! She walked me through at least 6 options and helped me find the cheapest one, plus cleaned out my speakers for no extra charge! OMG!!!!!! Whats going on with the employees????? They are rude and pretentious. One guy alone on Memorial Day was so bad on his customer service that I decided to go to other place to make my things. Tell him we all have problems and hi is not a real diva. Omg ~Domínguez

I had the BEST experience at the AT&T with Marilyn and Angie. Marilyn sat with me with such patience and positivity throughout our time trying to set up a new device. While it took time because of the process, Marilyn made it incredibly easy and took care of everything I needed help with. Angie topped it off with advice on how to finish setting up the device and waited till we finished to make sure I was all set. They were absolutely stellar and I will definitely come to them in the future for any device and cellular needs. ~Hayley
