Best mobile phone repair shop in Los Angeles, California (CA) 2024

When I accidentally tripped over and dropped my baby--err, I mean PS5 last night, my heart jumped into my stomach. I thought I was doomed. LA Tech Repairs came to my rescue and they delivered the service FAST! I called around to other game console repair shops in L.A. to get estimates of prices and not only was this place the least expensive, they were also the fastest. Other places quoted 1-3 business days turnaround. These guys? 1-2 HOURS, same day!!!! Now, I will say I was lucky because they happened to have the parts it needed in stock--that's not always the case. I thought my HDMI port was the only issue with my PS5 but when Alex called me two hours after drop-off he said that he noticed a micro-fracture on the video chip and that when they've fixed other HDMI ports and they still didn't work, the replacement of the video chip was always the answer 100% of the time. When I asked how much more $$$ it was going to cost, I got scared.... but he told me that since he had already gone into the system he would only charge me for the hardware. SO. NICE. He asked permission to go ahead and replace that chip too and then half hour later, my baby was like new! THANK YOU ALEX and LA TECH REPAIR! I will definitely drive 25 miles back and forth again should I ever need your services. And don't take this personally... I hope I don't need them again. :) ~Erin

What a beautiful store! The purpose of the visit was to upgrade one of our phones and the service did not disappoint, the staff was efficient, knowledgeable and FUN in a professional way. The time spent setting up new device was spent conversing with one of the representatives who answered all the questions and was not pushy! Kudos ~Yuliya

This building was restored to its glory sympathetically and with the highest care possible. Apple really went over and beyond the expectation. The moment you step into this building, you can see all the details being brought back to its glory or even better. A must place to visit. ~Annette
