I was helped by Joe Allegra (sp?) and a girl shadowing him (forgot to get her name-sorry!) They were fantastic, fun to talk to, explained everything really well since I’m computer illiterate and they sat with me for like 20 minutes while I had to call my bank twice. I also was helped within less than two minutes of entering the store and the guy at the door remembered my name when I left. Excellent service- if I need anything else from Apple, I will go back to this location.

THIS LOCATION HAS CLOSED DOWN. Where it was located another store that isn’t Apple will be arriving. The three employees on the left weren't helpful. They told us that we needed to go outside to talk to the other employees with their tablet. If we were inside and they weren't assisting anyone, why not help us? If we managed to get inside the staff outside obviously wasn't doing their job right. We knew exactly what we were looking for, but they didn't take the initiative to ask us what we were looking for. Just directed us out the door.

If you want to walk in and get service immediately like I did, it's best to go when they open at 10am. NOTE: Google also has this listed in the wrong building, but it's hard to miss. It's just across from the fountain. Ashley was very helpful. I went in knowing roughly what I wanted and Ashley gave me the space and time I needed to make the right decision. I knew how to set up my device and wanted to do it in store, so it's great they have a space for that. It was also nice to know someone was hovering around in case I needed support or something went wrong. Everyone is really friendly and there's a great vibe.

If you haven’t visited the new Apple Store location at The Grove, definitely do so. Huge open space with loads of tables full of Apple products to get a hands-on feel. The store is incredibly well done.

What a beautiful store! The purpose of the visit was to upgrade one of our phones and the service did not disappoint, the staff was efficient, knowledgeable and FUN in a professional way. The time spent setting up new device was spent conversing with one of the representatives who answered all the questions and was not pushy! Kudos

Phenomenal, one of the most beautifully architectural apple stores, very helpful and attentive staff.

They weren't able to fix my problem. Basically, my Apple ID hasn't worked in a year so I can't really use the computer. They just told me to call customer service. The latter had sent me to the store to begin with. They don't care, they just move on to the ne t customer forgetting that a Macbook Pro is nearly a $2,000 purchase. It is a lot especially in these difficult times fort not to work. I purchases it to work from home if needed and it doesn't work? How is that normal? I keep calling them. I have another phone appointment with Apple Customer care tonight, we will see how it goes. I will keep you posted.

It's an Apple store, but a very nicely designed one. Didn't interact with the staff, in fact no one even approached us. We were really only there to browse so maybe we gave off the "not buying anything right now" vibe. The place was pretty busy as well. Not a bad experience...not a great one either.

This store is absolutely beautiful. And the staff is very nice too. I had an issue with an item I had ordered and had delivered to the store which was no longer there. It was no one’s fault but mine for not picking it up with the 7 day window (bummer on me), but the manager was kind enough to double check just to be sure it wasn’t still there. Also the original associate who greeted me came over to follow up with me to see how it was going; I thought that was very nice. I was very appreciative of their patience and kindness. Pro Tip - If you have anything delivered to the store for pick up, know that you only have 7 calendar days to get the item (regardless of holiday hours, unexpected store closures due to covid, etc). This location has an easy pick up process that’s curbside which can be accessed from 3rd street. Passing along this knowledge for anyone who might need to know!

What a great store . I am slowly becoming "all in" on Apple . My only gripe about apple stores in general is they don't keep enough products in stock . I wanted to buy the new Mac mini with the 16gigs memory . The only way I could get that was online . Potentially they could have lost a sale but because their products are so outstanding there was no chance of that .
