Upgraded phone and unfortunately felt like I was swindled. I came in with my wife to purchase new phone. Already a longtime T-mobile customer. I not only received this phone but a Sync Up Tracker and Samsung watch for what I was made to believe was free. However, I learned later on that there were in-fact fees associated to these supposed "freebies." Fortunately I was able to return Samsung Watch after calling in to support, but was told they could not return Sync Up tracker, which I had to have returned in store, however since passed 30 days they would not take back. Now paying a monthly charge for a device I don't use. Moral of story don't fall into trap of getting more than what you came in for, you may regret it later. This experience has truly left me looking forward to leaving t-mobile as soon as I get the chance.

I got two phones from two different team members in the store. There was one good experience and one exceptionally excellent. I will be there again for one more phone when he's there.

Edwin mentioned that he was new to the store, but based on my overall experience with him and his level of patience/product knowledge, I would have been on the wiser. How do I even start… Johnny has by far one of the best customer service skills I have ever received at a T-Mobile store. This young man went above and beyond to help my husband and I purchase a phone for my child. Since I was hesitant about getting a phone for my 11 year old. Johnny was patient, funny, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. T-Mobile you guys did an amazing job hiring this young man. Give him a raise!!!!

I can't say enough about Jesus at this TMobile store. My phone was stolen this past weekend and he was nothing but helpful getting me all set with a new phone and transferring over to TMobile from Sprint. He and his coworker went above and beyond to get me back up and running again. They really know their stuff.

My wife & I came in to shop for new IPhones & our associate who’s name is Johnny was very helpful, friendly, had a lot of patience, very knowledgeable. The whole team was very helpful as s well. The manager who’s name is William & his other team member Jesus were great as well however Johnny is the best.

Had a wonderful experience in this store. Christian was so helpful and patient with me. He explained everything in detail and helped me save money, even switched me from Sprint and I got a new phone myself. Will definitely be back and hopefully Christian will help me out again. Came in for a tempered glass screen protector for my Google Pixel 6 Pro. Found a GoTo brand for the 6 Pro and ask the associate there if it is film or tempered glass and he told me that it is glass. Well its not and I didn't ask for a receipt since my past experience is pretty good and the products are spot on. If the product doesn't say film or glass and you don't know either, just say you don't know it'll save the person time and money(that day there is only one other customer there so they can't be busy to make that mistake).

Be careful when you try to trade in your phone, they are liar. That's not the first time I got the trouble with T-mobile. I used to trade in the phone online and ship my old phone to them. They will 100% tell you they never received the phone! That's why I did in the store the second time of trade-in. I paid off the rest of the phone balance and traded in my old phone in-store. But they still charge my money every month for that phone. I went to the store and ask the manager, they changed the employee. The new manager is unfriendly and doesn't want to explain to me. Finally, they didn't admit they received my payment even I had the payment receipt. They quibbled that money it's not applied to the pay-off of the phone balance, but they couldn't tell where the money goes. I have called them so many times to customer service, they never make any solution and sent me so many funny excuses to explains their mistakes.
