Worst customer service!!! Only one teller to help a line of 10+ people, with that one teller stuck helping someone who was having issues. Took me over 15mins to wait (and I was next in line) for a simple transaction, and it’s increasingly like that every time. And the thing that kills me is that there ARE other tellers and managers in the back, but they don’t care that there is a line and do not come forward to help or even look up at you or say anything! My mom has already quit this bank and I’m about to!! Where is the excellent customer service they had years ago when they actually cared about getting and retaining your business, where there was someone to greet you and many friendly tellers to help you?! Obviously another business who is losing sight of what’s really important to their customer! Once they have your business, they stop caring, just like everyone else!! I have talked to the manager at my particular branch and she couldn’t care less, in fact I just get major back-talk and attitude, and I have gone to her higher ups and complained and they did seem to listen and care, but then why is that manager still there??? She is awful!!! Wells Fargo, you need to get your head out of rear and wise up!! You’re infuriating—and losing!!—all of your customers!!

Terrible customer service. Long lines. I had to deposit 2 checks & I don't feel comfortable doing that at the ATM. Got to the bank when they opened & wait time was ridiculous. Teller said coming into the bank for anything will be wait times of 20 to 25 minutes from now on. No bankers working there today for 2 people who wanted to see bankers.

Was told first appointment was a week later to open a new account. Really Wells Fargo? Great customer service. I’m not coming back a week later to give you my money. U S Bank welcomed us with no appointment.

Have been waiting in line for a simple transaction (unfortunately not one the ATM can offer) for over 20 minutes now. There is a single teller helping in the lobby. Pretty easy to see what’s going on: another multi billion dollar company running on a skeleton crew. It is very dangerous (especially for the employees) to understaff a bank, promotes people lingering in a small space during a pandemic, and an extreme disservice to your customers who are wasting hours so you can save a few bucks. Ridiculous and shameful.

0 stars if I could. Mare an appointment TWO WEEKS ago for today. They call me 15 minutes before my appointment that’s at 9am and canceled it because the bank called in sick. There are other bankers there. She said you can come in at 2. I took work off in the morning for this 9am appointment. Canceling ALL accounts with them! Worst customer service EVER.

I will no longer bank with wells fargo. I've been a customer for years and never had issues . I moved from GA and now have nothing but problems. I work for a private homecare senior living home and being payed by money order. Everytime I get paid there is a problem they will not cash it instead of it being deposited which in turn they hold for days no matter the amount. No only is it super frustrating but it's unfair that it takes as long as it does with it being a money order it's not a check the funds are already there to be payed to me. The real kicker is it's a playable by wells fargo money order.

Wow looks like I'm not the only one having problems with them!I had a merchant commit fraud and charge me for services they never rendered.I contacted Wells Fargo with all the documentation and they were saying how wrong it was and they would take care of it 100%.They have just been giving me the runaround ever since .I believe it's a conflict of interest because the merchant account is at this bank!Wells Fargo you need to make it right with me I will be blasting you on Facebook for the whole world to see it will cost you far more in the end with lost business court etc if you don't square up with me now!

I have had a Wells Fargo business account for sometime now more than four years we also processed our customers Visa cards American Express if you have a business I would recommend finding another bank other than Wells Fargo to assist you in growing your business recently I had an issue with the credit card processing! Wells Fargo uses a secondary processing Company to process the visa cards when you have a problem it's a nightmare trying to get your money again if you own a business you may want to consider another bank other than Wells Fargo I look forward to moving on to my new bank. Farewell Wells Fargo you will not be missed! my blood pressure's has been up for more than a week.
