Terrible service I was skipped over and not asked how can I be helped the manager is rude very rude but very polite to the non black or Hispanic people and the manager is Hispanic her self colisteo or what ever her name is I’m never stepping in this bank again I promise I’ll go to a different city these people are prejudice and racist

We come from out of state to assist our 90 year old mother who has banked with BOA for decades. Each time we have had a question on a deposit or a check, we have been treated very rudely by the bank manager. The tellers have been helpful, but the manager is very condescending. We hope this lady can take a break and come back with a little more appreciation for their valuable customers.

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. First problem would not cash out 400.00 in rolled quarters. Second problem would not deposit and cash out two refund checks from Blue Cross even though they are from a Bof A account and can see the last 3 years it has come out of our checking account. This branch is like it’s own gang. They are awful....the assistant manager is rude and needs to be fired. She acts like she can call all the shots, even told me to leave. She would not even show me in writing why she would not do the transaction. Everyone in that bank needs to go.

Put in the busiest area of town, huge traffic jam. But they do not care what you have to go through. Does not take CASH at teller windows. Rather rip you off through ATM. Banning and Beaumont branch in California, has the worse customer service available. The tellers do not take cash, so you must stand in line twice to deposit cash. Then the bank sends you a note saying one of the bills they gave you is fake. Do not trust the Atms with your cash, you will be ripped off. The teller, I dealt with was barely able to speak english. There is no customer service. I do not want to bank at a bank that will not allow a customer to deposit legal tender at the window with a real person. The Atm s .Steal money. If not real should spit out immediately so we can, report who we got it from to police. The ATM in drive through beeps so loud that it advertises, crooks come here, person doing transaction Come rob now while stuck in too small drive through park car cross drive and rob.!!!! At least when it was in Banning the area was open enough to get out and around one car. Now your a sitting duck. Who ever planned this was the stupidest human alive. Use to love my bank, hate it now.

Very professional, courteous, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She took care of my problem in less than 10 minutes. I had lost my debit card yesterday and saw a charge come through today that was not mine. She immediately blocked my account and said I would receive a new card in 4 to 29 days but could go into the bank tomorrow and get the new number on Temporary card. Excellent Customer service

Very rude when my grandma called. She is on fixed income and her card got shut down for no reason. We called fraud they were extremely nice and helpful. But she couldn't help with a temp or send for a new card. She said to to call the branch near us and the woman who answered was so rude and disrespectful. My grandma lost her ID and this woman was SO SO unprofessional. I was appauld.

I'm a struggling 88 year old who has had wonderful service from the B of A in Beaumont. I have been challenged several times-online and the officials there have been quick to see that I was directed to Bank Officials [national offices]. My favorite teller there is Lily Gilmer, the best of several good tellers.
