I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING A VEHICLE HERE! I was looking at a specific vehicle that I told the representative I was interested in and the next day the price jumped $1100. They didn’t want to fill my gas tank that I spent $34,000 on. They also sold me a car that someone smoked cigarettes in and I have 3 small children. I test drove the vehicle and it smelt like cigarettes. I told them and they said it wasn’t cigarettes and the smell will go away. I drove home and had a headache. The customer service is terrible. They are rude here. I would not buy here at all!

Boyfriend and I just arrived to pick up our rental at 5:05pm. We are standing at the door with the reps looking at us through the glass window but ignore us turn off the lights and duck out the back door to avoid having to give us the service for the reservation we made for the rental becaus it is 5 minutes after. Based on this service seems Hertz is not concerned about their revenue and doing business in pandemic times. Please update your store location hours.

I brought a car. Brakes were finished, car rooters were finished. Tires were finished. Please make sure the car is in good condition before you buy. Staff was also rude. After few months i got problem in the car i went to Toyota dealership with the mechanical warranty manager Mr. Jason gave me it didn't helped me no one accepted that mechanical warranty. However i need to pay from my own pocket.

Little upset that they sold me a car that shakes so much in the back and after spending $200 I still have the issue but otherwise I love the vehicle and all the guys they were amazing but I'm only upset about the rear still shaking and there is no improvement after spending $28000 on a car plus monitor prepare it but the oil change battery and the regular maintenance that I chose to do is my own doing the only thing that I'm upset about is the shaking and they want me to bring it back to Pep Boys but those that are people that cause your shaking when I bought the car so I will never bring it back to someone who doesn't know what they're doing in my opinion because I'm a graduate of Lincoln Tech with the license as an audit technician SP2 is 609 and more certifications

Bought 2018 car about 2 months ago. Their prices are great. But the “manager” ran my credit about 5 times for different lenders even when my credit was above 800 and didn’t tell me. Then he tried to push their warranty by “giving you a discount” on the car. Shady. Be careful...

One of the most pleasant car buying experiences. (We bought a car last year from here.) Everything is upfront. Friendly staff. (They don't open on Sunday ---because they need a day off too! :)) No sneaky additional "dealer prep" fees and add-ons that used car dealers will try to sneak into the final price to jack up their profits. We were really happy and thrilled with the whole experience. Why buy new, when you get a great car for a lot less... and a lot less stress.

This visit was to easy. I got to their location about 6:30 pm last night and I was out with my new car about 30 minutes later. I had Jeffrey as a salesmen. He was very professional. I got all the information for the car that I wanted on their website and asked if he could email me pictures before I got there. He had no problem helping me out and everything went so smooth. It was a no haggle situation, I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. I filled out a credit app online to make the process go by faster. I live in NJ so the DMV will mail my plates to me at my house. I am 100% satisfied with my visit and my car so far (its only been half a day later) I will definitely be back in the future :)

Coming from CT, I was skeptical about coming to Long Island to find a car since it was a good hour or so out of my way. I worked with Glenn and his manager and they were able to accommodate my situation and help me with paperwork from a distance (email and phone calls). Best of all, since the car was a 'no haggle', I didn't have to worry about being pressured about pricing. Ended up with the exact car I had been looking for without over paying!! I would definitely come back just for the courtesy and friendliness from this business. Thanks Hertz!!!
