We purchased a new car in June. After attempting on many, many, many occasions to contact the General Manager about an issue, I can not get a phone call or email back. I've tried several avenues. He does not care about his customers.

Update- the manager of the service department took care of everything and in a very timely manner!! Overall happy everything is done, but still disappointed in the lack of communication and for the fact after I drove off the lot....I didn't matter it felt like. So I raised my review from 3 stars to 4 stars bc of the service manager I believe his name was Aaron? Or Dan? Lol sorry bad with names. Good dealership and friendly salesmen, but you usually can find that anywhere. The hard part is finding ones that continue to help you after you buy your vehicle, if there is a reason. For me, that was the case. I was promised a second key and was told from day one it will take up to 2 weeks. We are now well over the 2 weeks and I can not get anyone to call me back. So once they get their money and you drive off the lot....hard to get ahold of anyone there! Kinda aggravating and shows ya...if money isn't involved....your not important!

We were shopping for a new compact SUV and Audi had risen to one of our top three car lines. While we do not live in the immediate Buffalo region, we considered Audi Buffalo within our area, and visited them to see what was available. Bob Michael approached us upon our arrival and listened very acutely to our wants and requirements. He was very helpful in explaining the current complications of purchasing (and receiving) a new car with the current Supply and Demand issues: Covid impact, delivery infrastructure, and the chip shortage problems every manufacturer was experiencing. During our research, we had a concern regarding the car braking system after one of our test drives and Bob arranged for his Manager (Adam) to ride with us to confirm the issue. They reviewed our concern with us and detailed what happened, and how they would resolve it. This action showed us how understanding, helpful, and committed to our satisfaction both he (Bob) and Audi Buffalo were, regardless of the stage of our purchase that we were in (Only test driving at this point). Bob’s continued communication and commitment to tackling almost every issue or change we (color, style, model, financing, etc.) brought up over the next few days were promptly addressed in a very professional and compromising manner. These actions ultimately led us to decide to purchase an Audi from their dealership, and to look forward to the overall signing and delivery experience. Bob continued to support our inclusion to the Audi family after the sale by arranging a conference call with Audi Buffalo’s “My Audi” Subject Matter Expert who helped us with all the profile, parameters, and other technical details within the App and Website. Their help was so appreciated! This support and technical help after the sale really indicated to us how dedicated Bob is to being sure that Audi Buffalo’s customers are completely satisfied and proud to be new owners of one of their vehicles.

To start, I was purchasing this car living hundreds of miles away from Buffalo. I live in the Philly region and was looking for an S7. Audi Buffalo’s price was reasonably priced compared to others in my region and therefore I made the trek to Buffalo. My sales rep, Paul, was the best. I was in constant communication with him, even when he wasn’t working, to ensure alignment. He FaceTimed me, shared numerous videos and pictures, and reassured me that I was purchasing a clean car in pristine condition. Once the offer was accepted, they sent me all the paper work to review. Upon landing in Buffalo, I was picked up at the airport and drove my new car back to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. It was a great experience and even smoother process than I was expecting. I was nervous purchasing a car living hundreds of miles away, but Paul made it really easy.

I’ve been working with Steve Martin at Buffalo Audi for several years now. He helped us purchase two cars for our daughter to drive while we lived out of state. The process was easy and he and the rest of the dealership took great care of her. Now, I am thrilled to be owning an Audi again and Steve and the Buffalo Audi team made the experience what I would expect from Audi. This place was the worst car purchasing experience of my life. (n.e. I’m an old man with more than one dozen car purchases/sales on my track record). Agreed to purchase a 2017 Honda Accord over the phone based on information provided on their website. Got the check from my bank, got my insurance changed to the new car and drove 1h45m to the dealership. Upon arrival I noticed the wheels had been changed. Salesperson said he had no idea the wheels were changed. Called manager. Manager said, “Sorry the original wheels were bad and we had to change them.” There were no phone calls no warning from them. I asked for original wheels to be placed AS ADVERTISED and they said they could either “re-paint” the horrible wheels they had replaced in the car or give me $500 discount on the car. Of course I refused, since $500 would probably only buy ONE original wheel and I needed four. If you buy from this place DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. See it for yourself and only then agree to buying a car from these crooks!

The whole interaction was what you would expect from a first class Audi dealership and collision shop. Gary the collision manager went above and beyond meeting all of my expectations and requests!
