So i am 19 years old flew all the way from Detroit mi to buy my first car i literally had no credit haven’t really started building yet i drove off the lot with my Mercedes Benz with no co-signer it’s a flex if u ask me at 19 that i had for a year now & the car never gave me any issues threw snow no mechanical work have been needed I’m just so grateful that i had to come back & write a review they are the best if u have no credit & just have a job go treat yourself to a new car from here you won’t be disappointed at all promise.

This was the EASIEST car buying experience ever! My sales person James was very knowledgeable, efficient, and motivating. He guided be through the process and got me approved for my dream car. They also gave me the full value for my trade in. The auto expo crew was amazing from when I first step into the door. I would recommend anybody and buy again when its time. In the meantime, Im cruising the city in my Mercedes Benz and it thanks to them :)

This place advertises illegally and either tells their employees to lie or don’t care that they do. Their internet prices do not include the REQUIRED Certified Protection fee of $6000. You must purchase this, but they feel like they are doing you a favor by cutting it down to 3490. They list a 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback for $20,475. The general manager Ali thought he was doing me a favor by offering the car for 23,490. I also spoke with 2 employees who promised me the CPO was optional and that the internet listed price was the sale price. Ali also boasted that he had people from all over the country calling about his cars - when you list them for 6k less on the internet no wonder. I drove 4 hours on the promise that there was no additional fees. They have a nice girl Giesette who was new and very helpful and honest, I doubt she’ll last there. I will be filing a complaint with the NY state’s attorney. The main take away - the NIADA CPO is a REQUIRED fee on top of the internet price. Starts at $6000 they came down to $3500 for me. Absolutely criminal.

Such an amazing and easy experience!! If you go purchase a car here run to James! As a woman it is extremely difficult to find a good car at a decent price. Not once did James make me feel uncomfortable or pressured. Talking to this salesman was like talking to a friend or brother. James took his time and was patient helping me find the right car for me!

Great experience with the team over at Auto Expo. My sales rep Sam was fantastic, no bs and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I got approved and drove out in my new Mercedes-Benz E Class the same day. I’ll be back for the rest of my cars. Thanks Sam.

Update: The harassing calls have started again... I guess they saw the review. Spite doesn't fit any qualities i look for in a car dealership but if that's what you like, Auto Expo is the jr high school experience you're looking for! I didn't and will never buy a car from this dealer. I don't know if the staff is any good or if they provide good service. I DO know that if you inquire once about anything you will receive non-stop spam. Emails, texts, calls and any other form they can get their hands on. After receiving 10+ spam messages a day for 2 months, they finally dropped to 4 a week after answering one of the spam calls and freaking out on the woman who made the call on their behalf. This is still unacceptable! If it didn't drop to 4 numbers i have to block a week I would have been forced to get a new phone number.
