This mavis was nothing but exceptional! Many good people working there, upon entry very welcoming and clean! I was assisted by Luke, I believe he was a supervisor in the shop. Very friendly guy, down to earth, professional, and well educated in his craft. He was able to help me get my truck inspected and pass with flying colors. Quick and easy no hassle. His other supervisor or manager T was also excellent and very professional! Overall it was a great experience and I definitely will be bringing more business to this shop. Thank you Luke and T for that stress free experience.

Always make a point to come to this Mavis. Great customer service. Been coming here for oil changes, new tires and general servicing for last 5 years. They have always given me the best prices. Happy to recommend but always recommend making an appointment and getting in early.

I noticed I had a nail in my tire at the gas station next door, I drove quickly to the Mavis at literally closing time. Thankfully Damian in front office took pity on me and plugged my tire. They fixed my tire in less than 20 minutes. This Mavis is amazing and I would highly recommend. They go out of there way to help the customer.

Would give them ZERO starts if I could. I came in the morning with an appointment for 8am, they did not start working until 11am. Waited 3 hours for them to get started. They were able to give me $75 off and get rid of the $15 tire recycling fee but at the end they only have me $60 off and forgot to get rid of the tire recycle fee. I went back and got the 15 off for the tires but the end I had to wait 7 hours for something that would take 2 hours max (which was what was told to me prior when making the appointment). VERY VERY disappointed.

This location can get really busy and it's a tough time to find staff, especially in a place like Great Neck. This location's manager, Cliff, not only keeps this place rolling despite the challenges (and challenging customers), but actually goes out of his way to try and give genuinely good customer service. Another nicety is that this place isn't trying to upsell you or rip you off - they really are trying to get you out the door quickly and happily. I've bought tires here. Nobody is ever happy to be forced to buy tires and it's never going to be convenient, but this place is run by good people and that counts for a lot. Five stars.

I had a blow out on my tire and needed to buy a replacement. Nate and Cliff were very knowledgeable and efficient. They answered all my questions and gave me an accurate expected time for completion of the replacement. I will be going back and recommending to friends and family.

Their appointments are meaningless. Made an Appointment for purchasing 4 tires and installation days in advance. The appointment was on Sunday. Showed up on time. I was told it will take about one hour.. after one hour of killing time locally, I checked on the status and they told me it will longer and they can’t tell me how long. I asked what should I do? Just wait around for hours without any estimate ?? What was the purpose of making appointment?? And the answer.. it is what it is! I guess they kept bumping me for other walk in customers because I wasn’t in their face every few minutes . Not going back to this place!

Came in as soon as they opened. Spoke to a representative, Tai, immediately. Professional and helpful. Took care of a list of things I needed taken care of from tires to wiper blades. Great service crew, called me with issues on the car. Were not pushy with upsells but made me aware of true issues. Will definitely go back again!

Went here to get my tires changed as Audi doesn't provide all-season alternatives for the tires on my car. The mechanic working on my car stripped the key-lugs on two wheels, causing hundreds of dollars worth of damage, then proceeded to argue with me that it wasn't his fault and it was my fault. Terrible customer service. Update - I called Mavis regional customer service and the manager Samantha was equally unhelpful. She argued with me that because I told Mavis to try and take the wheels off that Mavis is not liable for the damage. I’ve included photos of both the stripped lug, which clearly doesn’t have rust on it like the other steel lugs, and the scratch on the car that was told “couldn’t have happened”. The customer service at this location as well as the main office is terrible.
