I really don't understand all the 5 star reviews here, which is what I based my decision to use this business on. First of all, It is close to impossible to reach this business by phone, but after several attempts, I was finally able to reach Terrence. I had a fairly straight forward job that I wanted to have done, which was to replace the front and rear speakers in my vehicle. I went by the shop for an estimate, received a quote, and an appointment to have the installation done the next day. This was not a convenient time for me, however I agreed after planning to cancel a planned event. I wanted to be sure that this appointment was going to be kept, so I attempted 6 times to reach the business to be positive that this was definitely set. In the end I left a voicemail requesting a call back to confirm. Crickets. The next day, I went to the shop at the appointed time, only to be greeted with a confused look, and was told that my voicemail was not received (Quote: I am not good at checking messages. My phone has been ringing all day, and I haven't been answering). At this point, after having canceled my event, needless to say, I was not pleased. I was told that he would try to "fit me in" the next day, which I had rescheduled my event for. I was told that I would receive a phone call the next day by noon to confirm. Well, if he hadn't checked my message, suffice to say that he didn't have my phone number. I asked if this might be helpful. (!!). At this point, no lie, he wrote my name and number on a **box of parts** sitting on a desk. Can anyone guess what happened next? I did not cancel my event, and went on as planned, unwilling to destroy another day waiting around for nothing, and sure enough, I never received a phone call. What a shocker! Based on the reviews, I suppose he is a great installer if he ever gets around to you, which in my case, did not happen. Highly unprofessional, disorganized, and seemingly indifferent. I guess my dinky little job wasn't worth his time.

OMG My husband just had Terrence at Prestige Sounds to install a new high tech touch screen sounds system in my 2007 Honda. I feel like I’m riding in a 2022 Cadillac. These guys are amazing! Turned my Kia Soul into perfection. Awesome at building subwoofer boxes too !!! That lil box he built for my JL Audio 10” makes that speaker perform better than I’ve ever heard it!!!

Stop Here!!!!! If your looking for car audio professionals look no further, impressive is the best way to describe this business. I would give 10 stars if I could, I know it may sound like i'm just hyping this up but I was just so happy I found these guys. The moment I called this place and spoke to Terrance I knew I was going to the right place. I had just dropped $700 for the install of a system in my Honda Pilot from another audio shop near by who I will not mention. Due to there being no after market dash kits that would work for my application I was stuck keeping my stock radio and adding a DSP for my amps and speakers. The installer had trouble getting the sound right from the get go and needless to say I was left with no options other than to go back to stock or upgrade the radio. I felt like it was time for a second opinion, Enter Prestige Sounds. Terrance was super friendly from the get go when I called him and told him my situation, he felt pretty confident like I did that something about the wiring was not right. He quickly set me up an appointment to come in the next day. I dropped the car off and got a call 2 hrs later, Terrance told me he figured out the issue and everything was sounding great. The price for his time was so reasonable and I tipped him very well for his help. Needless to say I was so happy to be riding to some sweet sounds. More than anything it was such a pleasure doing business with these guys considering that I feel like finding really good service is so hard to find now a days. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and a super professional group of guys.

Look no further, these guys are great! My power amp on my 2006 Cadillac SRX stopped working. I called them up to see if I could get it replaced. Not only were they happy to help me, they said I could bring in my own part. I purchased a power amp from an eBay seller for $25. I made an appointment, and they kept it! I was in and out of there in about an hour. They charged me $75 for one hour of labor to install my power amp. David, the man who took apart the whole back left inside panels, including the motorized third back seat was a real pro. Made it look easy even though I wouldn't want to do this by myself ! He has over 27 years of car stereo installation experience. I highly recommend this place, and would not go anywhere else. Thanks for the Quick, Professional Service !

Took my car in for a new custom system on my 2013 Dodge Charger. Owner was very helpful, honest and professional. Did an awesome job on my vehicle. He's a one man show so took a little while but a small price to pay for High Quality work at a very fair rate. Was absolutely pleased with the results. I will be recommending this place to anyone in need of anything custom, and any future vehicles of mine will also be going to him as well. Thank you again Terrence
