Good location and service! Used online ordering to pick up in store, was assisted by Jason who was very helpful and courteous. He helped me load big boxes in my car with ease. All staff there were great! Highly recommend!

Horrible service by one of the dudes there - he screams and yells at client who are trying to park there to get a truck - that’s right, yelling at customers for parking on the property to rent a truck? Where should they park? It’s a disaster i say it’s only a matter of time before the wrong person shows up there and strangles the guy for being so rude and disrespectful

This facility is AWESOME! Darrell the manager goes above and beyond for his customers. I had a storage unit there for approximately 3 years and anytime I had to interact with the staff they were always very courteous and helpful. If you ever are in need of just a rental truck or a storage unit - make sure you reach out to Darrell - you will not be disappointed!!

From the moment I walked in to retrieve my rental it was a pleasant experience. I called the location 2 days prior and scheduled my reservation, the gentleman on the phone was helpful in telling me what trucks were available in a two day window and booked my reservation directly over the phone. When I arrived to retrieve the truck for my reservation Darrell was wonderful, he was helpful, clear with his instructions and we'll informed to field any concerns I had. The whole transaction went very smoothly an I would happily rent here again. My suggestion would be to call the location to confirm.

I visited this location to purchase items last week. In all my years of shopping, I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a store manager. It is appalling that the manager of this location believes it is acceptable to communicate to customers the way he did with my boyfriend and I that day. His actions and the way he spoke to us were not only inappropriate and unprofessional, but embarrassing and completely egregious. I have filed a complaint about this incident and want it to be known that although I fully understand that no one is perfect and mistakes do happen, we will continue to do our part in this situation to help ensure that something like this doesn’t happen to anyone else. It’s a terrible feeling as a patron and human being to be treated like that. My rating is one out of five stars for this location and only because the cashier who assisted me was polite and helpful the entire time even while his manager continuously demonstrated how not to treat customers professionally.

This place is a total mess. I’ve never experienced worse customer service in my life anywhere. The staff is condescending and unprofessional, and they act as if they are doing you a huge favor by providing service. They will turn you away even when you have an appointment there and make you schedule a new one. They do not keep their appointments so don’t waste your time scheduling one, even worse they never answer the phone so you have no other choice than to visit in person and risk being turned away. The manager simply doesn’t care and is the first one encouraging this kind of attitude there. Don’t bother with this place, there are better uhaul locations around.

Should have read the reviews before attempting to rent a trailer. As every review states customer service is horrendous. I've seen multiple people leave while I was in line who also had bad customer service interactions. No cares and no attempts to help customers. Will speak with corporate this locations needs ALL new staff
