What a great dental office! From the front office to the back. Everyone is super friendly and professional. I was seen right away and was out in no time!

Not a fan, I wont be going back! The dentist was fine, but the office was odd. Midway through my exam asked for $25 for PPE-I was already in the chair! A huge fly buzzing around during my cleaning landed on my face! Just didn’t really like it here.

Dental work was fine even though the dental assistant seemed to need a lot of instruction from the dentist. Maybe new? The x-ray experience was good even though the chair was quite worn. The big negative was the appearance of the office. When I entered, I was greeted with a clock in the waiting room that still was not updated since the change to PDT and many light fixtures with burned out bulbs. Only 2 of the overhead lights had all the bulbs working and a bulb at the reception desk was out. It looked like no one cared. Also, the corrugated tubes for the equipment cords in the dental rooms were noticeably old and dusty and gave the entire room a rundown look. With minimal effort and expense, the appearance of the office could have matched the dental care which I was happy with.

I really appreciated how communicative and helpful the dental hygienist was. She did a great job educating me about what I could do to improve my dental health, and explained very well what she was doing at every step of the cleaning and other procedures.

I never thought I would say this but I love going to the dentist. Bright Now Dental that is. The staff always takes good care of me. They are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

Usually a good experience here (the actual dentist is great) but on this visit for a heck up and cleaning, the ladies behind the desk weren't real friendly, the x-ray tech blew it and I had to have more x-rays taken after my cleaning, of the teeth she missed the first go around. I wasn't happy with her using the same gloves to handle the computer mouse and the instrument that went into my mouth, without changing gloves (I did ask her to change the gloves when handling both items, and she did so gladly, but shouldn't they already know this stuff, and already be doing these sorts of things, in this environment?). The dental hygienist/tech nailed my gums twice with that scraper that they use ... yes I almost jumped out of the seat, and yes it bled. There were a few things that happened like telling me that I need some kind of medicine for my gums (my gums were only bleeding because she nailed me with that tool), and of course with masks, and a face shield on, along with a heavy accent, I couldn't really understand what they were saying, so I said yes to the medicine, and of course that was another $43. Again, the dentist was great, just not a great overall experience, but then again, IT'S THE DENTIST!

Dr. Tran is definitely the dentist I would highly recommend. Professional, friendly and above all - very thorough. All his team is accommodating and trying their best.I will be returning back in future.

Dr. Tran and the team are wonderful! The wait time was very short and my cleaning went well. The office is really pretty and I enjoyed chatting with the staff during my appointment. I look forward to seeing them in six months! I also want to say that the team did an excellent job with safety protocols, and ensuring social distancing. I felt completely safe during my visit.

I don't like dentists but these people are actually friendly. I didn't know what Bright Now! Dental would be like, but they have the most caring dentists ever. You'd fear that they'd be rough just to do their jobs and get home but not at all! I go in there, they make sure I'm comfortable before they start ANYTHING. They give you plenty of information on pay, insurance etc. They give you the best information and suggest the best possible solutions. They love to talk to their patients and it gives the environment a healthy social feeling. They never guarantee anything but their practice is worthy. They even called me back to reschedule an appointment for a time they didn't have. Once they had that time slot, they remembered! They called me and informed me of the canceled appointment in which I was slotted in for next. I really appreciate the work these people do. I'd like to call this my home dentist.
