I’ve already made a review with my last google account but I couldn’t leave another one so again I am leaving another horrible review. I have had my braces on for 4 years….4 years when initially I was supposed to have them on for 2. I am 21 years old and I’ve had them since I was 17. The first day I got them on, Broke immediately. Then when the adjustment appointment came up. The assistants or whoever does the tightening are not gentle. I was in pain for the longest time, causing me to pop pills like candy. Then because of inflation, bills going up, I had a hard time making payments to my braces. They would not work with me, no adjustments, no anything. I am now like a month away from getting my braces taken off and I called the finance department and they told me that since I’m late making my payments I would not be able to get services done. I had originally talked to another rep on the phone and they said that I could still get services while making payments…..that went out the window and I had to come up with a way to get $600 so I won’t be stuck with them for another 2 years. Ladies at the front desk always talk bad about patients thinking we can’t hear them. Always talking gossip. Always having attitude. I will NEVER be going back. Not for ortho, not for general, nor will I be taking my daughter here in the future since nothing has seemed to change from when I left a bad review 3 years ago. Parents please don’t take your child here unless you want them in major pain and others please don’t go here unless you want to lose all of your hard earned money and fight every single time you go here.

Dr, Niesen is awesome. He is a perfectionist with a laid back manor. I always feel safe and in good hands when I’m having a procedure done. The staff are kind and helpful. I will continue to make the 120 mile round trip to see them when in need.

My husband is blind, so can only imagine who is doing procedures on him, so was very happy about how the staff was very accommodating and nice especially Dr. Nissen.

I would’ve loved to do a good review . Had a great experience at their Indio location. Everyone was professional and very welcoming however I cannot say the same for La Quinta . When I called to make an apt. They were rude and the front desk girl hung up on me mid sentence . Being a Medical Assistant at a Drs. Office I can understand work can get overwhelming but I have never made a patient feel unwelcomed. Finding a new dentist .

I made an appt for a teeth cleaning. Nothing wrong with my teeth other than being 65 years old. Dentist tried to upsell me to get a "deeo cleaning" for $400 and refused to give a regular cleaning. Won't go back there again. Waste of time. No wonder the place was empty.

Dr. Paul Nissan along with lab technician Errol Turner both went beyond the call of duty. Having spent 9 weeks waiting for a complete set of dentures from the Bright Now Dental Indio location with their finished product not worthy of their own staffs standards (Words expressed to me personally), that same Indio location shamelessly attempted to turn they're mistakes around and blame my mouth. The Indio location failed to deliver on almost 8 year old dentures (Thanks a lot COVID and a passing family member), leaving me with oversized structures of gum lines and too narrow tooth placements after many, many visits. I couldn't even eat french toast with these new dentures. After blaming my "newfound loss" of bone structure for the problem while at my initial visit to the LaQuinta office (even though I apparently had enough bone for implants during the long process they attempted), they refused to fix the mistakes. The main Drs. assistant even made a comment that the oversized dentures made my jaw line look pronounced like a model or actor Brad Pitt. Wow, she really said that... My insurance set up an appointment with the LaQuinta Bright Now Dental and within 3 weeks Dr.Nissen had a brand new perfectly fitted and beautiful set of dentures made. He had the lab owner personally come into his office on three occasions meeting with him and myself discussing the steps to be made. They literally started from scratch and as I mentioned they were complete in 3 weeks. This LaQuinta Bright Now Dental location has a wonderful and charming staff. Everyone made me feel like I mattered to the office they proudly represent. They were all professionals caring about the jobs they held with obvious intentions to assure only the very best was the end result. I truly dislike saying negative words about anyone or anything in particular, but this is one of those times where making a choice between going to one office or the other could be a dramatic difference in health and services provided. There's nothing more I could possibly say on how impressed I am by the commitment and professionalism of LaQuinta Bright Now Dental. If anyone is near the Coachella Valley area and especially in the area, do yourself a favor and make the effort to schedule any of your dental needs at this location. You'll be amazed at the difference. A Nutty Buddy client, fan and friend for life!

We went to get our braces today the staff is super friendly and I love that we didn't have to wait to be seen. Dr Harrison is awesome and I'm glad we chose him for our braces.

I always feel ripped off by dentists. It seems they always have an isue to include at a unreasonable price. I expect deep cleaning to offer other price ladders to include: special deep cleaning, super deep cleaning, maximun deep cleaning. ultra deep cleaning so on and so forth. It is always a scam to take more money from their patients. How sad that American Greed has gone to this level!

I Love Bright Now Dental and Dr. Harrison!!! Dr. Harrison not only handled my braces but also worked closely with my surgeon as I prepared to have Jaw surgery to correct my bite. I really can't believe what great care I received. Everyone was exceptional, friendly and supportive not to mention Dr. Harrison knows his stuff. He was my daughters orthodontist as well, and I have to say we both now have Bright Smile!! I am grateful for all their help and all the extra time they spent helping me. I would say Dr. Harrison is the best orthodontist around.
