Your Assistant Manager, Mario Sanchez, went beyond a 10+ with customer satisfaction. I previously had purchased a battery in your Riverside Store in anticipation of using it to get a disable pickup truck started up after being parked for 3 years. At the last minute the truck owner sold the truck to another friend leaving me with a battery that I had no use for. Mario checked out the battery very thoroughly to insure it was still 100% in perfect saleable condition. Then gave me a full 100% refund.

Jose B. provided EXCELLENT customer service at the La Quinta Autozone. He was helpful from the moment I walked into the store. Since I didn't know the size of the rivets needed for my car, Jose came outside to check my engine for the part, retrieved them in the store, then returned to install them! I tried to give him a tip but he would not accept it. I am impressed with his service and the overall operations of this store. Thank you, Jose!

I wasn't able to find a battery for my car. I called Auto Zone in LQ and spoke with Ricardo. He was so kind and helpful. 10+ stars! He said they had one and they would install it for me.. Enrique helped install it and I'm so impressed with the team work at this store. Thank you!

Marco Sánchez Asst Manager helped me find the best replacement high beam bulbs and installed them for me. I asked him to teach me where and how to replace them so I could do it myself the next time. He was kind, gracious and very thorough in assisting me. KUDOS!! Thai is why we ALWAYS come to AUTO ZONE in La Quinta, CA. WE ALWAYS GET GREAT SERVICE!! Thanks Marco!!

I've had two batteries replaced at this location recently, one in my Kia Sorento and another in my Honda Civic. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. They were able to take care of me and install the batteries with no hassle. I highly recommend this location for anyone in the La Quinta, CA area.

Kudos to Bill who was immensely helpful in finding the correct temporary brake lights and adapter and making sure they were working correctly. He saved the day when I was in a tough situation with no brake lights. Actually watching the entire staff here working together was impressive. Thanks.

It was very hot and my car was trying to overheat because apparently I had a coolant leak. Stopped here to buy some. Nobody in the store asked if I needed any help other than when I was looking for the coolant. I was parked right in front of the doors which are windows, in FULL view of the counter. Popped my hood and had to wait for my car to cool down before I could add the coolant. An employee was helping a couple outside next to me, said bye to them, and walked right on by me while I was looking under the hood. Still no offer of assistance. I saw brake fluid was low, went back in the store and bought it. Still no offer. Sat outside for 20 minutes waiting and nobody asked if I needed assistance. Couple employees got off work and walked outside, looked straight at me, didn't say a word. I struggled to add the coolant because of medical reasons (I'm partially disabled) and it was clear I was struggling. But yet not one person offered an inch of help. Definitely won't go back to this location.
