My wife and I had a Covid test on January 28/22 at 4:30 PM and as of 10:00 am February 01/22 we have not received any results, idiots!!!!!

Got my covid test here for travel into Canada. Seemed straightforward but couldn't hear any instructions because of all the traffic beside the drivethru. Got the test 2.5 days before our flight because Canada requires a 3 day maximum window. CVS said results would take 1-2 days. The results NEVER came and we were denied boarding. It was very stressful sitting at the airport constantly refreshing the app. Got tested again at Curative drive through at the university and they were much more professional and communicative. Results took one day and we got another flight. Hoping our experience can help others navigate these pandemic requirements.

I bought vaporizer and the box was half way open, I asked the cashier if the box was missing anything, he said that he doesn't think so since it is open half way only and the device still inside but what he did miss is that it comes with Vapopads which was missing"stolen probably". Also, I went yesterday and alot of items/toys are missing price tags and when i asked the cashier, she said that you can come to the register and i will she check it..so, what is the point of pricing the items/tag price!!!

Pharmacy never answers I have to call the front to be patch through to that pharmacy then wait 20-30 mins on hold just to call the front again they don’t care about there customers at all

I come here probably once a week for the daily items I need and I’ve never had any issues. Check out is always fast. There’s always tons of options for my deodorant and they got my favorite chips near checkout lol As for the pharmacy it’s perfect. They’re the reason I can live so easily day to day with T1 diabetes. They check off and clear all the insulin and misc hear attached with it fast and easily so don’t worry about not getting ur medication too often, it’s a lot better here than others I’ve tried.

Rick has been outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain options and possible reactions to medication. I am a veterinarian and own a large veterinary clinic with many employees and I understand and appreciate good service and knowledgeable staff...Rick exemplifies both of those skills. I write almost no reviews, but the Pharmacist Rick deserves to be recognized. The rest of the pharmacist staff have also been excellent to work with even though they have been very busy during this pandemic.

I decided to give this pharmacy a try since a purchase so many vitamins here and OMG WHAT A MISTAKE. When I dropped off my prescription it took about 10 minutes to assist me, then at pick up I waited in the drive thru for 20 MINUTES. I get off my vehicle and decide to walk inside where I was told that I needed to wait another 10 minutes for my prescription. So disappointing, especially when I waited to come back AFTER the quoted time, I dropped off my prescription at 1:15pm and I was told it would take an hour. It is now 3:15pm and NOTHING.

By far the nicest staff I've ever seen. They are always kind and compassionate and this is the only CVS I like! The store is clean and the store staff are really nice too.

My 3 year old child has an upper respiratory infection (saw doctor Wednesday, April 22). After visiting with the doctor, prescriptions were sent to the CVS Pharmacy Store #9648. I am insured through Covered California and honestly do not have much income over and above my basic family monthly expenses. The medicine ordered for my son was $130, name brand. There was no way I could afford it. Emotional, I broke down in tears at the Pharmacy. Jeannie, the most amazing Pharmacist I have ever met, was helping me. She called my son's doctors office to see if they could switch to a generic. The office was closed, before the 5pm time they said they were closed. Jeannie called 4 times to page the doctor, knowing my son needed the medication and that the medication prescribed was very high priced. I received a followup call from Jeannie at 7:30pm that night, asking how my son was doing and gave me tips on how to keep him comfortable. This is not the first encounter I have had with Jeannie where she went ABOVE AND BEYOND her job responsibility. She is overly thorough in explaining what each medicine does, how it will affect my children, or my husband and I. I have seen her with other patients, she is exactly the same way. Impatient with my doctor and knowing my son couldn't go through the night without the medicine, I went to the pharmacy to pay for the expensive medicine- taking money out of our savings account to pay for it. The staff found a coupon online for the prescription and I was able to purchase it without using the savings money. I just wanted you to know that you have an OUTSTANDING employee and she and her team should be rewarded for the hard work, compassion, time and effort they give to their work and patients. She is better than my doctor! I am typically not one to take time to write a review, with a one and three year old at home and both my husband and I working...who has time! But, I made time, because Jeannie made time for me. People like her do not exist in the customer services world anymore. She made a very hard day for me so much better.
