Your Assistant Manager, Mario Sanchez, went beyond a 10+ with customer satisfaction. I previously had purchased a battery in your Riverside Store in anticipation of using it to get a disable pickup truck started up after being parked for 3 years. At the last minute the truck owner sold the truck to another friend leaving me with a battery that I had no use for. Mario checked out the battery very thoroughly to insure it was still 100% in perfect saleable condition. Then gave me a full 100% refund. ~James

Scott in the service department makes going there a pleasure. Professional yet still a real person. I see a lot of fake nice but Scott is actually nice. Everyone there seems nice but since I am not in need of a vehicle I have not met the sales staff. They seem great. ~Phill
