Just tried to eat here and there was a "closed till further notice" sign on their door (4/12/2022) Again... a chain so they keep up a standard of service. Love their cheese steak sandwich.

Ordered a sandwich and watched them serve 4 people who ordered after me when they finally got to me I mentioned the delay and her comment was “oh yeah”. No ice for sodas the drinks in cooler were warm and the store was a sweat box. Walked out and will never be back

I could never figure out why I would want to pay nearly double the price for a sub sandwich as compared to Subway. Then, 6 months ago on vacation, I broke down and ordered a Jersey Mike's sub. I got an Italian number made "Mike's Way." Wow the difference is night and day. The quality and taste is off the charts. It's like the first time I ever tried Häagen-Dazs ice cream, like oh I see this is how ice cream is supposed to taste. Try a Jersey Mike's Sub and you will never go back. We enjoy them every NFL Sunday. Also the La Quinta shop is great, everyone is so positive and cool there.

This staff at this location is "THE DREAM TEAM" They go above and beyond ALWAYS. Very friendly and observant and do it with great energy and smiles. WHOEVER sees this I can honestly say its been the best service I get out here CONSISTENTLY. I WISH ALL OF THEM HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND BE BLESSED WITH WHATEVER THEY DESIRE. GREAT TEAMWORK IS HARD TO FIND NOWADAYS AND IT FEELS GOOD TO HAVE PEOPLE THAT MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE!!!!

This Mike's location is always efficient. Never waiting a long time. Doubt you're looking at reviews to see what the food is like so I won't go into detail there -- but this location, as I said, is clean and fast and will get you your sandwich!

At 10;45 am I ordered 10 Sandwiches to be picked up at 11:30 paid for them on the app added the tip and hope for the best. I needed the sandwiches for a branch meeting for my office just down the street. I arrived at 11:30 and understandably they were very busy and have a line as it is Veterans Day and a lot of people have the day off. There was a gentleman waiting for his food when I got there that was extremely irate and talking down to the staff so you can imagine the frustration that the staff was dealing with at this time, he had exclaimed that he was waiting 30 minutes for his order. I stood in the background waiting patiently just hoping to hear my name called to pick up my sandwiches and head back to my office. Moments later my name was called and I was handed a brown paper bag and headed back to my office to meet with my staff. The problem is is that when I unpacked the bag and started handing them out to my staff I was missing a sandwich. I knew at this point I would need to call them so they could make the sandwich and I could just easily walk in pick it up and leave again. I called the Jersey Mikes and was immediately put on hold. After four minutes I decided to just get in my car and drive back to the Jersey Mikes to get the sandwich that I needed. When I arrived at the Jersey Mikes I was still on hold as no one had ever picked up the phone. When I arrived at the counter with my receipt to tell them I was shorted a sandwich I was told that they didn’t have the ingredients to make that sandwich, no one told me that when I came in to pick them up no one offered to make me a different sandwich I guess they just decided that the best option was to send me away with nine of the 10 sandwiches that I had paid for . No apology nothing, and then I had to wait 10 minutes to get a sandwich but I should’ve gotten 30 minutes before. I understand that people are shortstaffed, this was not the instance as there was at least seven people working behind the counter, I understand that mistakes happen, but not one person apologize for the inconvenience not just of me having to drive back-and-forth to pick them up but for me leaving 10 people waiting in my office for a meeting that I preplanned for and ultimately did not quite work out OK I know now that using Jersey Mike’s for a large order is not the best advice

The service was ok. Ordered online for pick up. 1 regular sandwich, doritos tea and brownie. $2 tip. Almost $19.99. I should have gone to Sprouts and ordered deli meat and rolls. Could have eaten for a week

Ordered 5 subs for delivery yesterday for the first time trying this place. If you really like bread and lettuce, this might be the place for you. I could order double, triple, or even quadruple meat and still want more My Roast Beef and Provolone sub was specifically supposed to have tomatoes, onions, pickles and bell peppers but came only with lettuce, a lot of it. The shredded lettuce in the sandwich was about an inch thick but there were only two small slices of meat maybe 1/8 inch thick. Bread was good but I was surprised they could send out sandwiches with so little meat. In comparison I can order a roast beef sandwich at my local grocery store for $5.99 and one sandwich will have more meat than 5 of the Jersey Mikes subs combined. Overall bread was great but I basically received a lettuce sandwich. One of the subs ordered with no tomatoes came with them, my sandwich had only lettuce. With their meat portioned so small I can never go back...

The subs are excellent on any variety. Hot, cold. Buffalo chicken is exceptional.
