Dont eat here I saw them stocking up chicken nuggets from the back of an old ladies dirty old van and she looked like she hadnt showered for days. Also the mcdonalds emoloyee saw me watching and he seemed fishy

This location has a busy drive thru, but if you go in the restaurant its alot faster. Im giving it a three star rating because my nephew wanted the toy and they were able to sell me the toy but I had to pay for the full kids meal but they only gave us the apples and not the kids meal only the apples so it was disappointing. Parking: They do have parking but on the drive thru side of the restaurant to exit it downhill so if you have a low vehicle I dont recommend it because your bumper will get damaged or break off.

Omg this particular Mc Donnels in Bell Gardens is horrible when it comes to servicing the customers, morning, afternoon and evening. The employees work so hard but they never seem to assist with customers needs and get them out with food inside the restaurant. Too many employees and get nothing done. The restroom 🚻🚺 is filthy and there are needles syringes left on floors, not picked up by the person whose supposed to be clearing. Smh.

Food is good and fresh, but be cautious with the app because it doesn’t always work and it took 3 people and over a 30 minute wait time for someone to let us know the order didn’t go through (first two people didn’t even check to see if the order was there to begin with unfortunately). The employees can’t control the app and are most likely understaffed seeing that no one was able to check so maybe management can look into this for a better experience for others.

Placed an order at the kiosk, they were ignoring ir for 30 mins till i had to go and ask whats going on and they gave us wrong order after all that. wow! i always had bad experiences at mcdonalds but this one was the worst yet!

They gave me unsweetened tea instead of regular tea. I can’t stand sweet tea and it ruined the meal because I’ll choke without something to drink. The manager apparently thought she was doing me a favor getting me a new tea and could care less about the 30 minutes wasted and cold food.

person in the window read me my order, I corrected her and I was still charged for the wrong thing and was still given the wrong thing. We also asked for extra sauce and salt which we never received. Both drinks were wrong too.

This McDonald's is the best! There mc griddles are the best. 2 for $3.50 well worth the prices there very fast there even though there is a line they kill it quick. Good job everyone there for your hard work 👏

The manager maria is very unprofessional I waited 20 minutes for my order and it was missing a item when I ask to speak with her she gave attitude right away like if I was asking free hand outs I told her my concerns that I was missing a order of fries she pull out the other 2 from my bag and put them in the trash very unnecessary and not nice at all I ask her why she put them in the trash and she's says it wasn't my problem yes it is I just pay for that and then she say i was going to give you fresh ones , I counted 8 orders get serve before my order # her excuse was they wher waiting on the fries every order after my order took fries with them I am very disappointed with the customer service experience that was given to me and my family today we have options to go wher we feel free to go and eat we made the honest decision to have a meal at this restaurant and this is what we experience we live in Fontana, ca not in bell gardens we wher traveling in the area and Google a McDonald's yes there's one on Firestone but we have eat here before and came back and got the worst experience thank you maria for your unprofessional and lack of management skills.
