First time in and def won't be my last! LOVE the bread, fresh ingredients, and the flavors. A thousand times better than subway. To-go's was my go-to for a LONG time but it's far because there aren't many left which is totally inconvenient and they aren't even that great anymore. FIREHOUSE IS BOMB tho! Will be returning soon. Shout out to T-Mobile for paying for my first sub! Cleanliness: 10/10 Flavors: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 Price point: Fair Do it! You won't regret it.

An outstanding sandwich place for when you're tired of Subway. We got the Italian on white and The smokehouse brisket, also on white bread. Both were fantastic! From the meat to the cheese to the sauce, all wrapped up in fresh bread. This is definitely not an everyday spot, but it is perfect for those "I need something to pick me up" kind of days. It is a little bit pricey for a sandwich place, but you are paying for quality. Also if you're dining in or on the patio they have one of those touch screen drink fountains that have some 130 different flavors and flavor combinations. So have fun with that. Overall pretty good service. They did let us know there would be a wait since they had to actually cook the food, But it was done sooner than what they quoted. My advice get the large sandwich no chips no drink. Because that sandwich is going to be all you need.

Quality food and attention to detail! I order very complicated food orders (only because I know what I like and will accept nothing less) and wow, they followed my order to a T! Great tasting and on point!

Food is so good. Only problem I had was one of the food preps kept swinging her hair. I asked her to please not do that and to tie up her hair before she took care of my sandwich. She giggled and kept on. I was polite and made sure only she heard me so I wouldn't get her in trouble. Rude little girl. SAME LOCATION DIFFERENT YOUNG LADY.The young ladies NEED to wear hair ties or stop swinging their hair all over the place while preparing food. This time the young lady took off her hat pulled her hair out of the hair tie and processed to fix her hair while standing next to the food I and all of us will be eating. Nasty, disgusting and uncalled for. Im sure there's a break room or she could have gone to the restroom.

Overall it was a great experience. The subs were better than Subway's for just a little more money. The online ordering worked flawlessly and the contactless pick up was very easy. The Hero sub was very good it had a good amount of meet and the flavors all come together good. The Club on a Sub was good but it was off little but that may have been my fault because I added oil and vinegar and that made the sub a bit too wet. I'm use to subway but these sub had more meet and less bread so they are not as dry and don't need the extra oil & vinager.

We Used to be fans of Subway, but now? We're fans of Firehouse Subs. Such attentive, friendly, & fast employees. Their subs are So GOOD. I got the Hook & Ladder Large. Omg!! We bought 7 large subs. We'll definitely be going back.

I really like Firehouse Subs, I first tried it in Florida when I was visiting family some years ago when we had them cater for a get-together. My favorite is their brisket and cheddar sandwich, definitely the portions are for firemen because a large takes me more than 1 sitting to finish! I think my only complaint would be that their hot sandwiches aren't as warm as I'd like or as I remembered how I had it but the flavor and taste are definitely up there!

The customer service was very nice, place was clean. We ordered the Hook and Ladder, the Club and the meatball. All were good and ordered how we asked. The subs are warmed up, did not care for the warmed.up lettuce, kind of gross. They also enclosed a pickle wrapped in a plastic bag, thank goodness! I hate pickles, but, if you like them, it's a decent pickle spear. The decor was paying tribute to Anaheim Fire Department, which was very cool. However, the fire jacket on the hanger was L. A. County Fire Department...but still cool nonetheless...three stars because of the warm, slimy lettuce and wasn't impressed...but, they are better than Subway...perhaps ask if they can put the lettuce on after they warm it up...worth a try...

The entire crew working the evening of April 9th was on point. I wasn't sure which sandwich to select and they did a great job of highlighting my options. Beyond that everyone shared a positive can do attitude with amazing customer service. The sandwich was pretty good too. Thank you guys!

The staff was really nice explained everything to me because I've never been there the sub's were amazing lots of meat nicely filled way better then subway jersey mikes and jimmy johns
