Orange chicken is so so spicy that it’s hard to eat and always they are out of angus steak…the manager should quit…I’m not gonna buy from this location ever

Mgr. Pablo on tonight's shift went above and beyond for his customer right here. Not only have I managed several restaurants and took in to consideration the time it was. He literally cooked my meal fresh due to everything being low and a little issue with an employee handling the food. He took necessary measures to fix the issue and this will lead him to a great store Mgr one day. Thanks again Pablo and Leila my cashier very pleased

My review is based on the manager and customer service. My mobile pickup order was incorrect, but when I called the location, the manager was very understanding and accommodating. Best customer service I’ve received at Panda!

Dependably tasty options and most containers were well stocked. The tables were not cleaned and garbage stacked in garbage can inside the front door. I was surprised as this location generally does a better job with cleaning.

I love panda express but this location sucks. There's like an army of people there standing in the back and one guy doing everything while another guy ACTS like he is. They have no customer service skills and are super rude.

Porten sizes varied by servers. Server waiting on my wife kept trying to shortchanged her on servings. It took a conversation with manager to straighten out issues. We will look for a different place to eat.

I love the fact they have great customer service. Any of the staff are always willing to pitch in and help out. I even seen cooks stop for a second to help customers. Keep up the great work!

Very tasty good Chinese food! It's all made on a buffet type of counter so you can see what there is to choose from. They were NOT Stingy on the portions!

There is no management here. If you want a refund there is NO WAY to get it. You may need to wait for the manager, who is only there certain days of the week. I had an order mishap and within 3 mins, I went over to the employees saying I didn’t want the bowl- I just wanted a refund. My order was untouched still in the bag and they were like okay we can do that for you. Mind you- the lady who helped us asked another lady who made the order who asked one of the guys working in the back who asked Pablo who came over to us. And even he was clueless. So he told me that their manager (who is a female) will be working on Friday and she can do that for us. He wrote down our names, number, and order numbers yet I have never received a phone call. In fact I tried calling the- first they disconnected the call pretending they couldn’t hear the one time they answered and second- they barely every answer their phone calls. Someone can call 30 times in a row, and they just won’t answer. Where is their customer service? Where is their staff that is knowledgeable in their job? It’s unbelievable how these places literally hire randoms that don’t even know how to do their jobs. If an employee accidentally rang up something, how do they process a refund for the customer if not a single person inside knows the process? I’m appalled.
